Chapter 2

Kaelin's P.O.V

I came home wondering about my newest acquaintance. He's really peculiar. He looks a LOT like me and daddy. He has daddy's eyes, but nothing else of his. Maybe his strength and leadership, but I have this as well. When I get home, first thing I do is stretch out my wings because they're always cramping. Then, I go to dad's office.

"Hello, my dearest.. What evil doings have you done today?" He asks me automatically. "Well... I met this guy with your eyes and he has your strength and leadership as do I... Is there any connection between he and I? He looks EXACTLY like me except he's taller with shorter hair." I say, instantly clearing my mind.

Dad stares at me with anger and fear. I glare right back at him and he looks away. He sighs and closes the door with a flick of his hand. "Kaelin, my darling...take a seat." He commands this and I do as told. "That boy.... His name is Caelith. He's the son of the angel Queen, Athena, and he's your twin brother." He tells me and I just look at him in shock.
