The Love of a Brother

Chapter 3

~Drake's Place~

    After I left Graceland, I went over to Drake's place. I needed a place where I couldn't be found, a place where I can take all of my lovely time I need in order to keep my cool and not blow up. I walk up to her door and she opens it to let me in automatically. Yes, Drake is a female. She's my mate, and we both know it. I instantly envelope her into my arms, holding her tight to me as I just let myself open and I start crying.

    She just holds me and leads me to her room. We lay down on her bed and I cry my eyes out, unable to believe that I have a twin that I was never told about. When I'm finally able to talk, we sit up and i lean against the wall as she leans against me. I sigh and look at her.

    "Drake, baby.... I have a twin sister that mama never told me about." I say in a soft voice. She looks at me with shock and apologies on her face. "Caelith... I'm so sorry, but I have something to confess..." She says. I look at her in fear. "What is it?"

    "Well.... I knew about your sister. Your mother told me about her and said that I was to never speak about her around you... Not until you found out about her by yourself." She tells me as I look down at the floor. "I would have told you but she put a binding on me with her Grace to be wrought upon me if I ever spoke Kaelin's name without you knowing of or about her."

    I pull her into my arms, laying down under the blankets as I hold her. "It's okay... It know it was all for the best and out of fear. I'll love you forever and always. No one can change that..." I whisper before giving her a short kiss. She curls up close to me and we fall asleep that way.
