Beating Heart (Neji X Reader)

Chapter 15

Since what happened that day, a group of Genin lead by Shikamaru went to go find Sasuke. You stayed with Neji hoping to see if he returns but he didn't when they came.

"Lady Tsunade I will be gone for about a couple of years for training. I will be accompanied with Neji Hyuga." I said. She nodded and gave us the request and date we will have to return.

I packed a luggage, my bag, and katanas, Neji just packed 2 huge luggages and then we said bye to our friends before leaving and family. We decided to head towards somewhere small. I read a lot of books that will help us master a lot of jutsus.

We managed to see a small place and walked around there. We looked around and the people were nice and calm, there was a lot of space for training and even had there own training grounds for ninjas who walk by.

"So?" I asked Neji, he wasn't so much of a fan for places like these but oh well, he will have to live through it.

"I guess for now." We went and bought a small apartment for the both of us.

It was a nice small apartment, with one room, a nice kitchen, a good size living room, and a bathroom. We liked it and got it. We decided to unpack things first before hand and then we will relax for a day or two and then get to training.

We didn't really have so much stuff so we finished fast, I was just cooking and Neji was being Neji and meditating. It was so heard to pick a nice food so I decided on making ramen. What else was there that was good?

"Neji food is ready!!" I called out. He came towards me and gave a peck on the cheek before sitting down.

We both ate the delicious food of ramen. It was nice and all. I now had to just think of a way to get money faster. The door bell rung and then I saw a man standing there with a package in his hands.

"For (Y/N) Hyuga?" I nodded and signed the paper before going to the living room to open the package.

"Oh it's money." Neji said.

"And a lot of it." I added.

We went ahead to go buy a bed for our room, a couch for the living room and loads of food. As we just decorated the house a bit we saved up the extra money and I went ahead and laid down on the bed.

"You seem tired, are you okay?"

"Yeah why you ask?"

"Your never tired and always energetic."

"Gee thanks, anyways will you like to take a break on all the moving in the house thing and training for a day or two and I don't know want to go exploring with me?" He nodded and we both went out walking the streets of this beautiful small village.

We ended up going to the forest and talk there, smile laugh, run away from each other (don't ask why) and just relax.

"You know your really beautiful."

"Thanks, but doesn't it feel weird without your parents or guardians around?"

"Yeah, but we will get use to it, we do after all have approximately 5 years." I nodded and I just smiled at my boyfriend who has rose petals all over his hair.

"Here let me get those for you." He grabbed my arm and we were rolling down the hill and landed in a batch of flowers. He then reached down towards me and still my first kiss. Of course I kissed back, like why wouldn't I anyway?

We walked hand in hand back to the village and entered our little apartment. I went ahead and took a shower and just over all tried to relax by reading a book. It's nice to be around someone with you for a long time.
