Mianas POV :
I was laying in the hospital bed and I had on the gown and everything. I had the IV in my arm and I was waiting for them to tell me what was going on. They got the contractions to stop and told me they shouldnt come back until the baby comes.
"Hello Mrs.Ross we will go get your husband and then tell you guys whats going on." the female doctor says to me. I nodded my head and layed it back down. I sat there rubbing my stomach and tried to think of anything that can be wrong. About a minute later my doctor Mr.Walker and Brandon walked in.
"You okay baby?" he says grabbing my hand and sitting next to me.
"Yeah , im fine I told you they were just contractions." I tell him.
"Indeed they were, you were right." Mr. Walker said.
"I know how they feel. I did have a baby before." I said with an attitude. Why do I have an attitude? Maybe im just tired.
"Miana stop." Brandon said rubbing my hand, I guess trying to help me relax.
"But why, I thought those only come when the baby is almost ready to come." Brandon finishes.
"Thats the thing." Mr. Walker
"Wait what are you saying?" I asked him a little worried.
"Okay miana there are two reasons you could be having contractions. One youve been under too much stress or the baby may be coming earlier than 9 months." Mr.Walker said to me
'Well its the first one. I have been under too much stress lately because...." I didnt finish my sentence I just yanked my hand from Brandon. After I did that he mumbled something under his breath but I didnt know what. I looked at him and rolled my eyes.
"But Miana." Mr. Walker started
"Omg theres a but!" I said nervously
"It could be because of both." he said to me
"Wait no! He can't come early he would be Premature and when a baby is premature its a possibility the baby wont make it!!" I said getting a little loud. I was nervous, scared, mad I was a wreck! I dont how to feel right now.
"Thats why things are gonna change when you get home Miana." Mr.Walker said to me
"Like what?" I asked him
"Well one nomore driving, nomore working, its bed rest for you ma'am." he says to me writing on his clipboard.
"Damn! Can I do anything?" I asked him?
"Yess you can walk around the floor your bedroom is on but no stairs. You know the rules Miana I put you on bed rest with Briana." he says
"Yeah but that only lasted 3 days and she was here." I said. When I was pregnant with Briana he put me bedrest at 9 months because she was expecting to come any minute. But that bedrest didnt have as many rules he just said get as much rest as I could.
"Well thats what I need you to do the last few months. If the contractions come I need you to rush to the hospital." he says to me
"Why rush?" Brandon asked
"Well one she will be in pain and two sad to say it but itll be time for him to come. Meaning he might be early." he says. I couldnt say anything I just sat there looking at the ceiling.
"Now you could be lucky Miana and the contractions may not come back until you are fully 9 months." He says and I get little bit of hope.
"So there is a chance where he might not come until he is suppose to?" I asked him
