So we're in second block for mrs cranberry's class ( science ) i sit in the front of the classroom, Laquita and Jaquan sit in the back, that girl better not try nun cus today aint the day!

Mrs C: okay class! Everyone take out your science books and turn to page 322 , your going to answer questions 1-10 then turn it in to me.

Everyone turns to page 322 except me cus i didnt hear what she said so i raised my hand to ask again.

Mrs C: yes Stacey?

Me: what page you said?

Then all of a sudden Laquita had the nerve to open her mouth ion even know the girl and she gettin on nerves, nobody aint did nuin to her she just hatin thats all! So I must be doin somethin right!

Laquita: page 322 , can you hear ?!

Me: * stands up * LAST TIME I CHECKED I WAS TALKING TO MRS CRANBERRY NOT LAQUITA TUCKER!!!!

Mrs cranberry: GIRLS ! Thats enough ! Stacey step outside.

Mrs cranberry sent me out the classroom for yelling but idc cus she shouldn't have said nothing to me, swear i hate that class and Jaquan didnt even stand up for me so you know its whatever! I dont even care anymore he can do what he wanna do! I got tired of waitin outside her classroom so i walked down the hall and out the door to call my mama.

Mama: hello?

Me: mama? Can you come pick me up?

Mama: what you do this time?

Me: nun really! This girl gone say somethin smart to me in the class so i went off on her and the teacher sent me out the classroom and i got tired of waitin.

Mama: you gotta do better Stacey, alright im coming.

I was outside waitin on my mama then i felt somebody touch my shoulder, guess who it was!

Me: what you want?

Jaquan: you iight?

Me: NAHH! Im finna go home before i be done snapped on that hoodrat!

Jaquan: smh, well you seemed pretty mad when you saw me walkin with her, so i assumed you really did like me.

Me: i keep tryna tell you that but you wont listen to me, like you dont even here me talkin to you but anyways what u tryna say?

Jaquan: well my nigga Davonte throwin a party this Saturday and i wanted to know do you wanna go with me?

Me: is miss ghetto top weave gone be there?

Jaquan: bruh you ghetto too! And yea but dont worry bout her you gone be wit me

Jaquan: iight, well lemme head back to class before mrs cranberry cut a fool

He leaves and i start thinkin to myself we might end up goin out but I'm not gonna get too excited cus That Laquita girl might try to start sum at that party but im always prepared to fight, anyways i see my moms car so i hop in.

Mama: the only reason i came and got you was because I was already out, but i cant keep picking you up from school when something goes wrong,

Me: ik mama , im sorry it wont happen again, i got a question

Mama: yes?

Me: can I go to this party with my friend Jaquan this Saturday?

Mama: let me think about it, is this a thug boy?

Me: umm ... Yea?

Mama: I dont want you dating no thugs!

Me: we not dating! We just friends and thats all we'll ever be.

Its like she reads my mind sometimes anyways we pull up in the driveway and i get out the car , run upstairs and put on some pajamas. I walked back downstairs and sat in the living room with my mama , we was watchin real housewives of atlanta omg i loved this show.

Me: mama im hungry

Mama: its some spaghetti in the fridge

Me: ughh ion like leftovers, it be nasty

Mama: well what you wanna eat?

Me: Chinese food or sum

Mama: no ma'am you finna get in that kitchen and cook something , we got food in the fridge and cabinets.

I hated when my mama wouldn't let me eat out, basically because she didnt want me getting fat and i understand that but dang im human not a alien it wont kill me! Anyways i start cookin some hamburger helper since i couldn't find anything frfr! All of a sudden my phone goes off.

I got too excited but i forgot my mama still havent gave me an answer so i finished cooking my hamburger helper , fixed me a plate , and plopped down on the couch.

Mama: so you can cook? That smell good

Me: mhm go in there and get some, i got a question.

Mama: yes?

Me: so can i go to that party?

Mama: where it's gone be at Stacey?

Me: on Washington street

Mama: oh noooo honey. Thats a bad place over there. I dont want you getting hurt.

Me: ma pleaaaseeeeee ! I promise ill be safe and ill keep my phone on at all times and answer all your texts and calls. Pleaseeeeeeee pleaasseeeee

Me: you gone let me drive there?

Me: i got my drivers liscense! Come on maaaan! Pleaseeeeeee

Im sooooooo happy! Tomorrow is friday and the party is Saturday OMG i gotta go get me a new outfit and everything imma look cute just for Jaquan but i kinda feel bad for going behind my mama back but what she dont know wont hurt her. Anyways nothing can ruin this day.
