I walk away fast I pick up on her scent and follow to a room I open the door to see her lying on a bed the comforter wrapped around her like a cocoon .her eyes red and puffy i did this to her I felt my heart break I grabbed her and held her close. I then remember I am still naked I look over to a door and see a button up shirt and shorts hanging out of her dresser .I slide out of her bed and slid it on then climbed back in. I unwrapped Marie then pulled her closer to me and covered us up she scooted closer too me and took a big sniff of me then smiled in her sleep "Luca" she mumbled in her sleep as I rubbed her back I couldn't help the flash backs but I knew I had to get out of there if my beast would have gotten loose I couldn't take a chance of me hurting my mate physically .I already fa iled emotionally I made her cry I rubbed my thumb on where the tears had dried I should have been here to wipe them away . i kissed her forehead I wasn't willing to fully admit it yet but I just might MIGHT be in love with this girl .I studied her features as she slept soundly damn she is a deep sleeper I wished to see her beautiful blue eyes .she makes my heartbeat speed up my breathe hitch she is my soul mate the one who will bring me joy for the rest of my life or the utilmate pain if I lose her .raven growled at the thought no! I will never let anyone hurt her. 'Never' raven growled in my head 'Don't worry we will kill every person that makes the slightest threat if we have to . What I don't get is why is everyone trying to claim her. it makes no sense I close my eyes and pulled her on top of me. I hugged her like I was scared she would get taken from me if I slept for a minute ,but that's exactly why I did it. with ricks son out there and wanting my mate he wont stop unless he is dead so I guess he has a death wish.
