The car ride to the pack house was short considering I had no traffic to get through. I walk over to my mates door I open in she just stares at the pack house behind me. It wasn't much it was considerably smaller than the castle that she lives in. She steps out and says
"This use to be a hotel?"
I nodded she was the first person to notice that I chuckled and nodded
"Only way we would have enough room for everyone. The top floor thats like my penthouse I guess you could say."
I shrugged and when ton to say
"I honestly have no idea what it looks like I haven't stepped foot in there for about 6 years now."
She looked at me shocked
"When was the last time you woke up in a bed had breakfast and enjoyed relaxing all day?"
Huh.... I haven't ever really done that so I answered with s swift
"Never..."
She froze stopped walking and just stared at me she shook her head then wrapped her arms around my waist
"Well sounds like we have our plans for tomorrow."
She smiled at me I couldn't help but smile back at her. I nodded at her then pulled her along inside and up the stairs. I'm not gonna lie I got lost for a couple minutes but we finally reached to door I opened it. Of course it was spotless other than bear sitting on the couch watching tv. I shook my head his lazy ass I walked Marie back to my room her jaw dropped as soon as she walked in the room was a odd shape due to the structure of the building. It was a triangle but very large. It also looked over the backyard of the pack house it was full of pack members walking, running, playing, and talking. I smile looking down at how happy they are it wasn't long ago that this same place looked like an abandoned home under a cloud of despair. I promise on my life I will never let it get like that again not as long as I'm breathing. I feel Marie grab my hand and squeeze it I look over to her. I see her blue eyes sparkling as her eye swiped over the whole scene in front of her. she smiled and says.
"You are an amazing alpha to your pack despite all the rumors of you being ruthless and heartless. I don't think you pack members see you that way nor do i."
