Lafayette X Reader

     Lafayette sighed impatiently as he look down at his arm. Attached to his wrist was a digital watch counting down the time until he would meet his soulmate. The clock read ten minutes.

Ten minutes until he met his soulmate, the person who was made to be with him, and vise versa. His earth science teacher groaned on and on about how important groundwater was and blah blah blah. The ticking sound of a wall clock clicked in his ears.

Nine minutes.

Eight minutes.

Seven minutes.

Six minutes.

Five minutes.

Four minutes.

Three minutes.

Two minutes.

One minute.

Zero.

The ball rang loudly and with a roar a wave of kids flooded the hallway. He was halfway out the door before a young girl ran smack into him. She looked to be about fifteen, with (hair type) (hair color) hair and soft, smooth skin. She had (thick, thin) that were pulled into a gigantic smile.

Excitedly, she reached out to Lafayette and touched his hand. Immediately their digital watches turned a bright shade of pink before electronically saying

"Soulmate Found" They both grinned at each other nervously as their earth science teacher, Mr.Seabury, smiled. He remembered when he found his two soulmates, Charles Lee and George King.

The late bell blasted their ears off, but Y/N and Lafayette didn't care.

They finally found the one who they were meant to be with.

Something short to hold you over until the next big chapter.

I'm continuing the Charles Lee x Reader from last chapter so yay!

I'm not a huge Lafayette fan so I was kind of uninspired to write this but I promised a friend I would.
