Bonfire I

At new years day evening I packed my cases and drove to my new home in Sligo. I had a kitchen and my bed. That were the most important things till my new sofa, closet and some other things would be delivered. I felt in my bed. The last weeks were terrible without Shane. He called me a few times, but I missed him so much. I layed me in my bed and listened to Westlife. I only saw Shane, when I closed my eyes.

Shane
The last weeks were not easy for me. I wanted to ask her for a date. I wanted to kiss her immediately when I would see her tomorrow. But she was my physiotherapist now. We would pay her for the massages. How could I date her? It was no time for dates now. The tour start would be soon. I would try it not to look in her eyes so deeply. I layed in my bed and saw her beautiful face when I closed my eyes.

Sophia
At the next morning I drove to the office from Mr Cooper. "Good morning Ms Summer." "Good morning Mr Cooper." "Come in. The guys should be here in a few minutes." I waited five minutes when Nicky, Kian and Mark came in." "Hey guys." "Sophia!" They hugged me all. "I've missed you guys. Where's Shane?" "We don't know.", Kian said. "Where will we go today?" "We have a few days off and will start at the 5th. Then we'll fly to London for a few shows." "Wow. Cannot wait. But where is Shane?", I looked at my clock. "Normally Shane is the first here.", Mark said. "He wouldn't miss it to see you Sophia. He'll come.", Nicky said. I looked out of the window. "I see him." I run out. "Hi Shane." "Sophia." He hugged me and it was much closer than with the other lads. "I've missed you.", he whispered in my ear. "I've missed you too." "Come let's go inside. It's cold today." "Hey Shane, finally here buddy.", Kian smiled. "Excuse me for a moment guys." I went to the toilet. "Shane you should ask her now. You have three days, each day one date.", Nicky said. "I'll not ask her today or tomorrow." "But why?", Mark asked "I think it's not right on her first working day to ask for a date." "But her first working day is on Thursday when we start to travel.", Nicky said. "So guys, what are you doing the next days? Would you like to show me around?" "Shane would love to show you Sligo and the beautiful beach in Rosses Point.", Kian said. "Great.", I smiled. "Yes I will show you around."

Shane
How could Kian say that? I looked at him. And he knew what I was thinking about his idea. But now I couldn't say no to her. "Ok, so let's drive back and then I'll show you some places I like the most." She droves behind me and we stopped at her appartment. "Let's walk at the beach." "Here's a place where I'm very often when it's warm." "It's beautiful." It was really cold and I wantes to be at my warm fire place at home. "Sophia, I really would like to show you around, but it's too cold today. What do you think?" "Yes that's ok." I brought her back to her appartment. "Thanks for the walk." "Your welcome." "Will we see us before Thursday." "I'll pick you tomorrow. The wheather should be better tomorrow." "I hope so. Now I need a warm shower and a tea." "See you tomorrow." I hugged her quickly. "See you."
It wasn't easy to let her go. I should have invite her forva tea to me at home. But I couldn't guarantee for nothing. And I didn't want to kiss her before a date.

Sophia
At the next day I got a visitor I didn't expect. It was 1pm when my doorbell rung. I thought it's Shane. "Hi Sophia." "Patrick? What are you doing here?" "I live here. One appartment next to you." "Oh my god. Come in. How long didn't we see us?" "10 years I think. Tell me, what are you doing here in Sligo?" "I'm working as physiotherapist. You see my appartment is empty. I arrived yesterday." "I know. I saw you and then I saw your name at the door. Where are you working? I need some massages." "I'm working for Westlife?" "For Westlife?" "Yes, I'm Shanes physiotherapist." "Oh wow. Shane is cute." "Yes he is. What is with you?  Do you have a boyfriend at the moment?" "No Sophia. And you?" "No.", I looked down. "But you're in love?" I nodded. "With Shane?" I sighed. "He should go out with you." "He wanted to pick me up today to show me around here in Sligo." "I can do this too." "But what is when he comes and we're not here?" "Write him a massage." "Ok."
Hi Shane,
Got a surprising visitor today. We're not in my appartment.  Please call me, if we could meet us at the beach.
Sophia
"I have to introduce you the lads Patrick. Mark is single." "And you wants to couple me with him?" "I'm sure he'll likes you. So let's go. It's a nice day and not too cold." We went to the beach. We had to tell so much. In school we're best friends. "I've got a mesaage, but not from Shane."
Hi Sophia,
We're doing a bonfire at Rosses Point beach. Same place like always. Kian, and Mark are coming too. Jodi is with Koa, the twins with their grandma. One of us will pick you up. NICO
"They are doing a bonfire. Come with me tonight please." "Ok Sophia. It's gonna be nice."

Shane
I've got a message from Sophia. Who was this visitor? I felt that I was jealous with the thought that she's out there with another guy. I didn't call her. I went to the beach to surprise her there. All I saw there broke my heart. She was there with another guy. I heard her laughing and he put his arm around her. I couldn't go to her. It was to much for me. Then I got a message from Nicky.
Hi Shane,
We're doing a bonfire at Rosses Point beach. Same place like always. Kian, and Mark are coming too. Jodi is with Koa, the twins with their grandma. I wrote Sophia too. See you there. Nico
I knew that she would be there with him. But I didn't know what to tell Nico that I couldn't come.

Sophia
At the evening Nicky picked me up. "Hi Nico. Wait a moment. I'll take an old friend with me if that is ok. He lives here next to me. I didn't know it." "Yes I think that's ok." Did you here some from Shane today?" "No. Why do you ask?" "He wanted to show me around in Sligo today. He broke up the tour yesterday." I rung at Patricks door." "Hi Patrick, are you ready?" "Yes." "Nico that's Patrick an old school friend. Patrick, that's Nico." "Nice to meet you Nico." "Nice to meet you too. So let's go. The other are waiting." I introduced Patrick to the rest. We were complete, only Shane was missing. Patrick told the others from him and they were all really nice. Mark smiled at him the whole time and sat next to him. Kian played some songs in the guitar and we sang together. But I was sad. "What's the matter Sophia?", Nicky asked. "Why didn't Shane come to the bonfire?" "We don't know."

Shane
I went to the beach and saw them having fun. Sophia looked happy in one moment and sad in the next. Nicky put his arm around her. The guy was chatting with Mark. I stood a while and didn't know if I should go there or not. Then I went back home.
