That day we walked hand in hand back to work. Me, red faced and trying to control my giddy, and him, a slight smile resting on his face. I had expected myself to fall for Sherlock Holmes, but never Sherlock Holmes to fall for me.

Me and Sherlock would occasionally go out together, but he always brought John along, who sometimes made it a 'double date'. I have yet to tell him that me and Sherlock were kind of a thing. God, that feels great to be able to say.

Me and Sherlock were just about to go out, when of course, John came downstairs. We had almost avoided him. Almost.

"Oh, I'll be ready in just a minute." He smiled, and ran back up the stairs. I met Sherlock eyes, brimming with annoyance.

"God, why can't he just take a hint!" He asked, waltzing over to me.

"I mean really, it's like you have to yell it in his ear to get him to realize!" I laughed at that. He smiled at me giggling at his joke. His hands rested on my hips, and he backed me up against a wall. He lowered his face down to mine, and I raised my lips to meet his.

"Gotcha!" he whispered in my ear. He backed away from me laughing.

"Oh you cock!" I lightly slapped his chest, before laughing along with him.

"What's so funny?" John piped up behind us. We both quickly straightened up, and stood right next to each other.

"Nothing." I replied. I glanced over to Sherlock who was staring at his feet with his eyes closed desperately trying not to laugh. He looked back up and I could see tears in his eyes. He looked down at me and we both burst out laughing again.

"You know what?" John sasses us both

"I just won't go, so that you two clowns can have the time of your lives laughing about me!" he said, annoyance ridden in his tone.

"Okay." Sherlock simply responded. Johns face became red with anger, and he stomped upstairs. We both cracked up again. When we had calmed down, I turned to him.

"Where to?" I asked.

"Come on," he grinned, and grabbed my hand.

"I've got just the place!"

OKAY YEAH I KNOW MY CHAPTERS ARE BECOMING REALLY SHORT, BUT I GET MY CAST OFF NEXT MONDAY AND THEN THEY WILL GET LONGER AGAIN I PROMISE.
