Sequoyah's pov

Today is Shays birthday and She's suppose to be due in like 3 more months. I can't wait see my other cousin and guess what is funny. It's Dynasty's birthday too what a coincidence.

-What you doing today? 12:24

Bestie: Nothing fun I'm looking for a house now...I already got me a car now I need a house. 12:26

She didn't text back. I stopped by jays house cause I know he got something planned for Dynasty and Shay. I opened the door and saw Jelani on the phone and jazzy was watching tv.

"Where is Dynasty?" I said with joy. Ready to give dynasty this Brown cheetah print scarf I found at Claires. Jelani looked up from his phone.

"She's in her room playing with her new toys." He said smiling. Jazzy looked at me and waved. We both went to go see dynasty. Dynasty smiled.

"Hi sicky....it's my birthday......guess how old I am." She put three fingers. I laughed.

"You forgot one more finger." Jazzy said while putting up four fingers.

"You know it's Shay's birthday too." I said to both shay and jazzy. I gave dynasty her gift.

"Tankyou.....Yeah Daddy told me." She said smiling showing her dimples.

"We bout to go out today." Jazzy said. When she said we she meant all of us girls and maybe the boys.

"Daddy told me I'm going to have a Broder and Shay is gonna be my new mommy."

"He's right. What are you doing today for your birthday." I asked.

"I don't know ask Daddy." I walked out of the room and sat by jelani on the couch. He was still on his phone.

"Who you texting?" I asked. He mugged me.

"if it's that's important I'm texting shay." He said.

"Oh so what you doing for shays and dynasty's birthday?"

"I'm throwing a surprise party at a roller skating ring. The theme is Neon colors." He said. I laughed...

Jazzy's pov

I'm still not talking to jelani he's very annoying. So I grabbed my keys and try to walk out the door.

"Where da hell are you going?" He said. I ignored him and kept walking. He pulled my arm. Not hard though. "Answer me." He yelled. I turned around and walked back into the house. "Jazzy please just talk to me." I started crying. He makes me frustrated. He's not cool. I know it's dynasty and shay's birthday so I'm not tryna ruin everything but he is very mean.

"I'm frustrated jelani because your stupid. Everything you do is just stupid. You were talking to me and I don't no if you remember but you said 'I want the baby too see me and shay together.' (chapter 16) Why the heck would you want shay and you to be together for the sake of the baby. Do you really love her or nah. Make up yo mind because I'm not ready to see my bestfriend crying over the guy she loves." I said and wiped my tears.

"Nah that's not what I meant? forealz? Why would I want her for the sake of the baby. if that's the case I would want candy but I don't. So relax jazzy and stop being a drama queen and be careful." He said walking away.
