Chapter 9: Summer Love

Anybody else hate when your best friends leave you on read on Snapchat? Cause same.

Nordans Pov

I wake up and realize it's the first day of summer. I check the clock and it's 8am. Damn that's really early for me. I hop out of bed with only my basketball shorts on. I run out of my house as soon as I can and run to April's house.

"Hey Nordan. I think April's still sleeping. You can wake her up" Aprils mom says.

"Thanks" I smile running straight to her room. She was sleeping sprawled out on her bed. She was wearing my sweatpants and a sports bra. She's so cute. I walk over and lay next her. I start to tickle her knowing she hates it so much.

"Nordan stop" she laughs and cries. I shortly stop and she's breathing really hard. She slaps my arm and I laugh.

"Gym?" She asks. I nod. She gets up and changes into some short leggings. When we get to the gym, I'm lifting weights and she runs on the treadmill. I go to ball and she does her own thing. After about 2 hours she comes in the court drenched in sweat.

"I was looking for you" she smiles. I go up to her and give her a big hug and kiss.

"I'm really sweaty and gross. So are you" she laughs.

"Alright well we will meet up after showers?" I ask. She nods walking away. Right as I'm
about to leave I get recognized.

"Faze rain?" A boy who looked about 16 asks. I nod.

"What's up bro" I say giving him a fist bump.

"I didn't know you had a girlfriend" he says.

"Oh well yeah I don't want to share that will the internet invade anything happens." I say. I really hope he didn't take pictures.

"Oh okay it was nice seeing you, peace" the boy says and I walk away to the showers. When me and April finally meet back up we get in the car and I decide to ask her:

"Do you want me to tell my fans we are dating?" I blurt out.

"That's not really my decision Nordan. I wouldn't mind as long as I'm not vlogged ass the time" she laughs.

"So can I tell them about you? I ask and she nods. When we get to my house we make a video explaining our relationship. After the video is up she is bombed with followers on all her social medias. Some comments are mean from butt hurt fangirls but it's not all bad. Many people say they're surprised she tied me down. I was thinking about doing a q and a with her soon.

"So I was thinking..." she starts and I nod for her to continue.

"Well what if I went to school in L.A?" She has a worried look on her face. My jaw drops.

"Um that's all the way across the country" I say. And she nods bitting her lip.

"Why can't you go to school here" I say I little angry. I know I'm being selfish but I don't wan this relationship to end.

"Nordan if I don't get good school then all of my hard work was a waste. I know you don't get it because your future is pretty much set and nothing could ruin that but my family is depending on me" she raises her voice.

"I don't get why you have to be so fucking jealous. Every time someone's future is talked about you complain about how easy mine is." I yell.

"Fuck you" she gets up and leaves.

"April wait" I say but she's already out the door. Maybe this was best?
