Chapter 12: Time

April's Pov

For mine and Nordans anniversary we decided to keep it minor, not major. I got him a couple basketball shorts and a muscle shirt cause I think he looks good in them. Then I got him a pair of Nike sneakers. I get ready in a cute little romper and no makeup. I had already wrapped up in presents the night before so I grab them and head to his house.

"BABE" he flings open the door hugs me and kisses my head. I laugh and he pulls me inside. When we walk in the Kitchen he had a happy one month sign on the table with pancakes and bacon.

"Awe you're so cute" I give him a kiss and his parents walk in.

"Wow my boy learned how to cook!" His mom says laughing and gives me a hug. We all sit down and eat breakfast. Then his parents watch us exchange presents. I give him his first.

"Omg babe you know me so well. These are hella fresh" he says looking at the shoes. He comes over and pulls me into a deep kiss. He likes the clothes also. Then he pulls out a little box wrapped in heart wrapping paper.

"It might now be as much as you gave me but I know you'll like it" I smile and nod unwrapping the box. When I look inside there is a ring. No not an engagement ring, a promise ring. It had the word Love in cursive on it. My jaw drops and I look at Nordan who is smiling so big like an idiot.

"Omg Nordan Shat" I say giving him a tight hug and I start to cry.

"Why are you crying" he laughs lightly.

"Because you're just the best" I say pulling away from the hug and planting a kiss on his lips.

"Did you get that on camera mom" Nordan says. I look at his mom and she's recording us. She nods and hands Nordan his camera. I look at Nordan and punch him in the arm.

"Want to go play basketball?" Nordan asks.

"Sure" I change into some gym clothes. I had clothes at Nordans and he had clothes at my house. Even thought we live right next door to each other, it was just easier. We get to the gym and I have the run on. I take a picture of the ring whiling palming a basketball. I post it on Instagram and many fans respond putting @nordan and couple goals. When we get there all the Faze guys are there.

"Omg Nordan where have you been the game starts in 30 you need to warm up" Alex says. Nordan looking at me in a shocked expression and I just laugh.

"I had no-" he starts but I cut him off.

"Just go dork" I smile and give him a quick kiss. I say hi to all the Faze guys and the game begins. Nordan was doing good but their team was down by 20 after half.

"Babe you're doing great!" I say kissing him on the cheek. He smiles and drinks his water.

"You know I'd do a lot better if I was given a little motivation" he smirks.

"Oh really" I say leaning in. He nods his head still smirking. We start to make out a little but not too intense cause that'd be weird. Soon Cheo coughs and we part laughing. I give him one last kiss before he gets on court.

They were only down by 2 with 3 seconds left. Nordan gets the ball from the other side of the court. We runs to the half court and there is 1 second left. He shoots it and makes it in. Winning the game by 2 point.

"GO BABE WOO" I scream. He was still on the court when he screams back.

"THAT WAS FOR YOU BABY" he screams seriously but then we both burst out laughing. He takes a shower and we head back at his place. We lay in bed and just talk cuddling.

"That promise ring... it's a promise that I'll love you no matter what happens between us. You are my first love and I'll never forget that April. Can you promise me that no matter what happens you'll love me?" Nordan says looking at me. I look at him with a serious face.

"I promise" I say kissing him and smiling slightly.

"I love you April Athena"

"I love you too Nordan Shat"
