The Perfect Life

Prom Day

Ok so today is Prom day! I'm soo excited! I can't wait to go with Cade. He sadly hasn't asked me yet....but I know he will! 

At school everyone was staring at me and looking at me weird and giggling. I didn't know why! I walked into Chemistry and when I walked in no one was their. I knew that class was starting then something blew up in a beaker. When he blew up the particles spelled out "Will you go to prom with me?" I began to cry so much I fell on the floor. Cade comes and picks me up, and he is holding a box of my favorite chocolates and he was holding a bouquet of my favorite flowers. 

"So what do you say?" Cade asked me. "Yes, I would love you go to prom with you." I told him. I hugged him and kissed him. After class Amanda and Logan walked by us and they looked happy well at least Amanda did. Logan has tried to talk to me for the past couple of weeks. I ignore him and it makes it easier because Cade is always with me so it helps me ignore him. Cade and I always text and hang out.

One day Cade asked me if he could come over. I said sure of course he could cause he had to meet my parents. He is really nervous to meet them but I think that they'll like him. My parents were ok with Logan, but Cade is different and a lot nicer. The good thing is Cade has really good manners! If he didn't my parents would hate him. My parents are all about manners, politeness, job, future, career. They want to know what his expectations would be and all that stuff. 

When Cade knocked on the door my mom opened it up. I have no idea what happened to my dad. He just disappeared. Anyway, my mom hugged him and when she hugs someone, she hugs them tight. "Hello there you must be Cade it's a pleasure to meet you!" my mother said. She invited him and and his jaw dropped. My house was very decorated. It was a mix between black, white, and gold. My room was a sky blue with black and white. I had a mini chandelier and I had a mini closet and I have a walk in closet. I have probably 13 pairs of shoes....that are heels. I have 3 pairs of sneakers, 2 pairs of sandals, and 5 pairs of boots. I have a bunch of crop tops too. As a matter of fact, most of my clothing is crop tops and denim shorts! 

I had a really nice desk and the latest Mac. My mom works at apple so when she gets a raise, they give her a free device of her choice. My next option is the iPhone 7 plus in rose gold with a cute heart case. Anyway my mom was making dinner while Cade and I were sitting on the couch watching TV and holding hands. My mom walked by and she saw Cade's and my hand. "Oh it's ok ya'll are growing up!" she said. 

Mom had finished making dinner. She made baked zeety. It was so good! I really liked it. My mom was asking a bunch of questions it was hilarious. "What are your intention of my daughter? How are you gonna make a career? How many kids are you gonna have? Are you going to propose? Are you gonna be their for her no matter what?" my mom asked Cade. "Well I would like to make a life with your daughter, I want to be a surgeon, I will have as many kids as Octavia wants, I plan on proposing some day, and yes I will always be their for her!" Cade replied. I looked at him and kissed him. 

I had kicked Cade out of my house because I had to get ready fro prom and he couldn't see my dress till later! 

I had bought a sky blue and aqua ombre dress. It draped along the floor and I had some white heels to match. My mom did a braided bun with my baby hairs along the sides. My mom did my makeup and I looked like really pretty. I had a blue and white ombre eye shadow. I had a rose pink lip gloss and a really pretty jewelry. 

I heard a car honk and when I looked out the front door window, their was a limo and Cade walked out of it, holding the thing that you put on your wrist. He looked so handsome and really cute. When I walked closer to him, I could smell the cologne. It smelled amazing and he looked really good too! 

He opened the door and I hopped in the limo. When we got their I saw Logan and Amanda. Amanda looked soo stupid!! She ad terrible makeup and yet, all of her friends everyone else says that she looks beautiful! Like girl please! She looks like a rat got her ready! It was hilarious. Inside their was really pretty decor and they had really good food! Of course the first song they played was a slow song. So of course I dragged Cade to dance with me. He didn't need much convincing. Him and I danced and then the best thing happened! "WHY WON'T YOU DANCE WITH ME!" "BECAUSE I DON'T LIKE TO DANCE!" I looked and it was Logan and Amanda arguing! i recorded all of it! It was the funniest thing in the entire world. Next thing I knew it, Cade picked me up and kissed me. 

It was the best night ever. I ate a lot of food because I was very hungry. Logan tried to talk to me again but I ignored him. Then it was the biggest time ever. Prom queen and king. A student from student council announced the winners! "The prom king is...... Cade!" she said. Cade walked up their and grabbed the crown and put it on his head. "Ok now ladies and gentlemen your prom queen is.....OCTAVIA!" she said. "NOOOO" said an anonymous figure. That figure was Amanda, it was hilarious. I walked up to the stage, grabbed the crown, placed it on my head, and I grinned at Amanda! 

After prom I was getting very sleepy so I fell asleep on Cade's shoulder in the limo. Once we got home Cade picked me up and took me to my bedroom! He was soo sweet I hope I stay with him forever!"
