Chapter Two

Chres P.O.V

I ran into the school looking for Terreasa only to find her punching the lockers (without her gloves on) leaving dents on them then falling on the floor crying her heart out. Just seeing her like this kills me inside and has my body boiling up with anger  having my cousin like this just makes me want to kill Ray but right now I'm not gonna care for him. I ran to Terreasa picking her up bridal style carrying her to the nurses office holding her close to me.

Terreasa: Why would he stoop so low as to say something like that about my babies. He can call me all the names in the dictionary and hurt me as many times as he wants, but to put them in the conversation wasn't called for. *cries hard* He doesn't know anything about them and him to have my innocent babies come out of his mouth like that -

Me: Shhh shhh shhh *kisses her forehead* don't say anything. Ray is a fucking dick, and I'm a bigger dick head even being cool with the kid and supporting him as he hurts you, my cousin, the mother of my two Goddaughters,my family when I should have had your back from day one *tear drops*. I'm so so sorry Terreasa for hurting you in every shape and form, I never meant to do it.

Terreasa: *sniffs a little bit* It's ok

Me: *Kisses her forehead* Did he hit you hard, does your hand hurt?

Terreasa: Yes and yes but it doesn't matter cause right now I need to go to class

Me: Nope wrong answer. You are going to the nurse, I will get all of your assignments, we're going to aunties house to get the kids and go home

Terreasa: But I can't Chres I have a test to take today and not taking it will cost half of a letter gra-

Me: Then I will explain to the teacher about the situation and ask for you to take it here and then we will leave ok?

Terreasa: Ok

Me: Ok then

Terreasa: Same old you *smiles while wiping a tear*, always getting what he wants

Me: Yup

We arrived at the nurses office. I sit down with Terreasa sitting next to me laying her head on my lap as I mess with her hair. Though she's two months older then me, I act as the oldest when it comes to her.

Me: Let me see the bruises

She turns around and wince in pain as she shows me her hand, it was bleeding and was super purple. I turn her head a little to see where Ray hit her and she was bleeding a little with a cut and bruise. I'm going to kill him. I see  the nurse walk in with her clip board.

Nurse: Terreasa

Terreasa: Right here

Nurse: *looks up from clip board and see's her and has a shock look in her face* Oh my gosh what happen

Me: There was a little situation that happened before school started and she had to defend herself

Nurse: *checks out  her wounds and looks at her hands* With the bruise on her face it will heal over night but for her hand, she needs a cast wrap dipped in herbal water and it should heal in about 2 weeks. But she needs to go home.

Me: Well miss she has an important test to take today and we were wondering if it would be ok if i get her assignments and bring the test to her so she can take it in here then afterwards we go home

Nurse: Sure, I'm ok with it. I'll write you a note for you to take to your teachers and they all have to write their initials on them

Me: Yes ma'am *starts getting up then bends down facing Terreasa* I'll be back in a sec ok?
