Sam's Pov

I woke up with a burning pain all over my body. Every time I moved, my skin felt as if it was melting off. "I wouldn't move if I were you" I heard a woman's voice, coming from the dark. "Who the hell are you and why do you want me" I said weakly, trying to see through the dark. "Bitch, Im Katherine Pierce" The woman said, coming out from the dark and up into my face. "Why do you look so much like Elena" I asked, feeling faint. "Why does everyone care about poor old Elena. She's an attention whore" Katherine said, slapping me in the face. "You know I'm pregnant right" I said and she nodded and she knew what that meant. "Kol's right? Why not Klaus? He is more handsome. And he is probably on his way to find you right now, isn't he?" Katherine stated, and smirked at me. "And I know your pregnant. Thats the only reason I haven't killed you" Katherine whispered in my ear and I shivered with the fear that I didn't have. "I guess you think I'm scared of you" I said, ripping the vervain laced ropes from my arms and legs while Katherine backed up slowly. "What the hell" She muttered to herself. "Well if you had done any research before trying to kill a person, then we might not be in this situation. And if you had done any studying about me then you would know I'm older than you and smarter and lets not forget a witch and just a little of a bitch" I said, forcing her to sit with my mind. "Now, Katerina Petrova, I did some studying on you and you tend to make brothers hate each other" I said, grabbing a stake, and hitting her, right under the heart. 

Damon's Pov

As we were now on the search for Sam, I had a feeling of where she was and who it was with. "Klaus, I think I know where she is" I said and the whole Mikealson clan looked at me along with all the people at the party. "Two words: Katherine and tomb" I said and everyone flashed away besides the humans at the party. 

As we got to the tomb, I heard someone groaning but it didn't sound like Sam, and we all ran down. "Sam" Kol yelled, getting to her first. I seen Katherine, sitting in a chair, with a stake in her arms, legs and stomach. "Sam, can I finish her off" I asked and she nodded but Katherine looked scared, for once in her long ass life. "Hello Katherine. Goodbye Katherine" I said, ripping her beating heart from her chest. 

"Are you okay, Sam" I asked, turning around and giving my attention to her. "Yeah, I'm fine. I just wanna go home" She said, holding her hand against her stomach. 

Kol's Pov

When we got home, I laid Sam down on the couch, while the rest of them asked the guests to leave and cleaned up. "Do you need anything " I asked her, and she nodded and I got the items, she asked me to bring to her. The items consisted of a washcloth, a bucket and her phone. "Do you want me to just carry you upstairs, into our room" I asked and she nodded, and I picked her up, and we went upstairs.                                                                                                                                                          I laid her on our bed, and then took off her shoes and she rolled onto her side while I placed the bucket on the floor and set the washcloth on her forehead. After I took my shirt and pants off and then got into bed and we cuddled until we fell asleep, which didn't take very long.
