Gender Reveal

Sam's Pov

It has now been two weeks since the whole incident and neither Haley or myself know the gender of our babies. We had our appointment yesterday and now the only person who knows mine is Damon and Haley gave the results to Rebekah and they will both be announcing the genders. I also invited Davina to stay with us for a little while when she comes up for baby reveal  tomorrow.

It was currently 9 at night and Rebekah was up, still planning for the reveal. She has already hired the caterer who was making the desserts and has rented out a place for it to take place. We were going to an empty photography studio that was vacant, but their was still equipment there, so we will be taking great photos.  I used to do photography in my free time but lately I haven't had free time. "You okay" Kol asked me, bringing me a blood bag, from the kitchen, which we sat on our bed. "Yeah, I'm just getting really anxious about tomorrow." I said and he nodded, putting his hand on my leg. "It will be here sooner than you think. Just wait, in a few months, we will be holding our little baby in our arms" Kol said, giving me a kiss on the cheek, and I smiled and nodded. "Im gonna go to bed" I said, rolling over to my side of the bed, and covering myself with the blankets and he gave me another kiss, and then got up and turned off the light for me. 

I woke up, and there was a shining light in my eyes. "Rise and shine, sleepyhead" I heard Rebekah and Haley yell, opening the shades even more. "What time is it" I said, sitting up and rubbing my eyes. "9:00 am" Haley said, and I looked around and didn't hear anything. "Why is it so quiet" I asked, standing up and stretching out my back. "The guys are at the studio setting up for the party even though they probably compelled someone to do it" I said and we all started laughing. "Come on, go eat. After we got to get you two ready" Rebekah said, and we all went downstairs to the kitchen.                                                                                                                                                      When breakfast was done, it was almost ten, and the party started at twelve. "Lets go get changed into what we are we wearing" I said and we all walked back upstairs and grabbed our clothes and then met in Rebekah's room. 

"I'm going to wear a t-shirt and jeans" Haley said and walking into the room and Rebekah looked disgusted. "You will not. Today is you will figure out what the gender is and this is probably the only chance that will happen. So no, you and Sam will be wearing a dress I picked out for both of you" Rebekah said, and Haley nodded, and walked over to us and we were both handed a dress. Mine was a shortish, light purple dress and Haley's was the same way but it was red. "Go get changed. We still need to do your makeup and hair" Rebekah said, pushing my back, playfully.  When we were all ready, we came out and I was wearing a light purple dress while Haley was wearing a light yellow dress and Rebekah was wearing a tank top and jeans. Lucky. "Are we ready" Rebekah asked, and we all grabbed our purses and nodded and headed towards the car.

When we got there, there was a whole crowd of my friends in front of the building, waiting for me. "Damon" I said, running up to him and giving him a hug. We haven't seen each other in a couple weeks because I have been busy and had no time. "Sam" Damon said, squeezing me and spinning me in a circle. "Oh how I've missed you" I said, when he let me down and we started laughing. " You ready" Elena said, latching her arm around mine and we walked inside. 

When we got in there, we seen all of the Mikealson's together and then all of my friends talking together. Lastly, I seen my favorite person in the whole wide world. Davina. "Oh my god. Sam, you look great and so don't you Haley" She said, giving me a hug and then letting go and hugging Haley as well. "How are you" Davina asked me, as Haley walked over to Elijah and the rest of them. "Sorta wishing mom and dad were here to be here with me. Or at least any of my family besides you" I said, starting to feel glum about this whole thing now. "Ok, so you know how dad died a couple years ago, and then mom went into rehab" Davina said, and I nodded, in confusion because I didn't know where this conversation was going. "Well I got a surprise for you" Davina said, giving some sort of signal and pushing me on stage and then I seen Klaus on the stage area thing, holding a microphone in his hand. "Before we start this whole event, I would just like to mention how important Sam is to this family and how she has become one of the better things in my life and that's why Davina and I set a surprise for her" He said, turning to me and giving me one of his devil smirks, my favorite. "Now would Miss.Claire please come out" He said and I got really confused, until I seen my mother coming out of the entrance and I started running and crying towards her. "Oh, baby. How I have missed you" She said, pulling me into a tight squeeze and then shortly after, Davina had joined the hug for our little family reunion and I could hear people starting to cry. "Okay, lets get this thing started" Davina said and we all chuckled and went back onstage with Haley this time. "Okay the way we are going to do this is, Haley and Sam both have a black balloon and there is either pink or blue confetti in them and when they pop it, we know the gender" Davina said, while we were being handed the balloons and something to poke them with but I could just use my claws. "On your mark, get set, go" Davina said and we both popped the balloon.

Kol's Pov

As both balloons popped, both let out pink confetti and everyone was cheering and celebrating. I ran on stage and pulled Sam into a long hug. "We are going to have a baby girl" She whispered in my ear, and I twirled her around in a circle.  "Congrats, baby girl" Miss.Claire said, coming up to Sam and pulling her into another big hug, while I went over to Haley and the rest of our family. Klaus was were he has always wanted to be. With Caroline.  "Are you excited to be having a niece" Rebekah asked Elijah, as I walked over, being as happy as could be. "Of course. This family needs someone new" Elijah said, being all sophisticated and whatever.
