4th Doctor
Well he sort of had his doubts when he saw how dirty blonde your hair looked but remembered that Romana was blonde so with his hair and hers, it made you dirty blonde.

So he didn't doubt it that much.

5th Doctor
Well you had a bit of brown hair which made him suspicious until he remember that Romana's first regeneration had brown hair.

9th Doctor
He was a little suspicious.

You had dark brown hair.

Which neither Rose or him had.

But then when Jackie showed him Rose's baby pictures he notices that you have Rose's hair as from when she was younger.

10th Doctor
He kind of wondered why you had blue eyes since neither Rose or him had blue eyes.

Until he remembered seeing baby Rose then he kind of apologized to Rose.

Metacrisis Doctor
He was kind of worried in why you had ginger hair until Rose kindly reminded him that he was half Donna.

Which meant you had Donna's ginger hair.

11th Doctor
He was a bit suspicious because...well this was River of course.

You had curly ginger hair.

River had to reassure him that she didn't cheat on him and that you were his. That the ginger hair is possibly from being related to Amy.

12th Doctor
He was a bit weary but after getting slapped by Clara and a few apologies he accepted that your black fluffy hair must have come from his regeneration's younger years.

Mickey Smith
He didn't have doubts of course, he trusted Martha.

Jack Harkness
Well...he kind of thinks you're John's kid since you had brown hair.

He already knows you were born out of him and that Ianto is your dad but he kind of has a bit of doubt since he has cheated on people before.

Except Ianto assured him that he didn't cheat on him or anything since you had his pale complexion and your brown hair could be just from him or Jack.

Rory Williams
He had many reasons to doubt you were his.

You had black hair and blue eyes and a few freckles making him a bit paranoid that you weren't his.

But then Amy showed him a picture of some of her other relatives who had the same features like you which then calmed him down.

He didn't care if you were his, as long as he got to keep you.

Kovarian really didn't mind either.
