Extremely sorry for the late late update but from now on, I will be updating once a week on the weekends :)I opened my eyes to the dimly lit room - though it was daytime (or I thought it was) no one had opened the thick maroon drapes that covered the window all throughout the lounge. Everyone slept all over the lounge.
I squinted my eyes as I tried to get rid of the haziness, my dry mouth sticky with thick saliva. I wondered how much I had drank.
My skull pounded. The pain was still present. I now understood why they call it a hangover, for it felt as if the blackest of clouds are over my head with no intention of clearing out.
I had to get up - I needed to watch the sunset, and actually complete something from that list by myself.
I stood up from the white love seat couch where I had fallen asleep, and began to make my way upstairs quietly so that I did not wake up the others.
Once I finally reached upstairs I located the bathroom door and walked in with my feet still bare. I had no clue where my shoes went - I was never ever drinking again.
I splashed cold water on my face just to feel something refreshing and instantly wished I could wash my brain free of the toxins too.
The mirror showed my eyes, no longer the bright hazel color but a dull color. My skin looked pale, my hair stood up in various directions and resembled a bird nest.
Groaning in annoyance when I tired taming my hair but to no luck I still looked like a homeless person who hasn't seen a brush in year
I walked away from the bathroom. I looked left and right. Searching for the second stairs which would take me to the third floor, I could watch the sunset from there.
I walked through the passage, passing several doors to get to the third floor. I wondered how many rooms they had. The passage seemed to have gone for miles and miles.
I reached the third floor and I noticed a huge door which leaded to a balcony. I grabbed hold of the golden handle. I rested my arms against the railings of the balcony since there was no chair to sit on.
The orange gold stretches far and wide, the color of fire hearths and tangerines.
The sunset was a breathtaking display of radiant colors. The clouds were cotton-candy, as though they blushed at the warm touch of the sun.
My eyes were glued to the beautiful red and orange color the sky was. I had never watched it like this. I never noticed its beauty. It was beautiful.
I took a picture of myself with the sunset in my background. I looked at the picture with a small smile.
"It's beautiful isn't?" A voice questioned from behind me.
I turned around startled. "Y-yah, it is," I stuttered as I stared into Lorenzo's eyes.
He closed the balcony door behind him and took a step towards me. "I knew you would love it, that's why I added it into the bucket list and you thought I was being romantic," he chuckled.
I giggled at Lorenzo. "You are hopeless romantic Lorenzo. I bet you have watched the sunrise and sunset a million times and you wanted to share it with someone."
He glanced at me for a minute before looking away and viewed the various colours in the sky, it truly was incredible . "You want to know something?"
"Yes?"
He turned to look at me. "You are pretty cool for a girl."
"And you are pretty cool for a fuckboy, Lorenzo." I retorted smugly when I saw his happy expression drop.
I chuckled as I walked away from him.
Alex 1 - Lorenzo 5 billion.

"What would guys like to order?" Alicia questioned as she drooled over Lorenzo, Brandon, and Jordan. I never knew she worked in this particular restaurant.
I rolled my eyes in irritation. "I would like a burger, with a side of fries."
Sophia chuckled as she too stated her order even though she was clearly asking Brandon, Lorenzo and Jordan for their orders and not us.
Alicia glared at Sophia and I. "I wasn't asking you two, I was asking them." She sneered as she wrote down our orders.
I wouldn't be surprise if she spat in our food.
She strutted away from us as soon as she took the rest of the boys' orders. She swayed her hips from left to right, hoping Lorenzo, Jordan, and Brandon would actually look at her.
In your dreams honey.
"When did they start hiring slutty people to work at Starlight eats?" Sophia asked as she reached over the table to grab a napkin to place across her lap.
"Don't get jealous now, Sophia. They hire pretty people to work at Starlight eats hence why they didn't hire you." Brandon joked, well I thought he was...
"Why you little f-"
"Okay, okay guys chill and Brandon stop being an ass." Jordan said, wrapping his arm across Sophia's shoulder this in result made her snuggle closer into his embrace.
I narrowed my eyes at them, there was something going between them.
"Whatever, I was stating a fact that's all. Not my fault that she can't take a joke." Brandon said as he tried to defend himself when Jordan kept on glaring at him.
"Lorenzo, your girl over here," Brandon nodded his head in my direction. "Was searching for you all throughout on Friday."
My eyes grew huge as I stared at Brandon. What the hell was wrong with him!
"No I wasn't, he is lying! Why are you lying, Brandon?" I cried out in frustration when Lorenzo looked at me as if I was the one that was lying.
I mean I was but he didn't need to know that I was searching for him. He might have thought I was obsessed with him which I was not. I just wanted to know where he was, that was all...and see if the rumors where true that was all.
"Was my little Alex, looking for me?" Lorenzo smugly asked.
"No, no I wasn't. I only asked once where you where, that's all. I didn't go searching for you!" I denied.
Lorenzo patted my head. "It's okay, Alex. I would miss me too."
I pouted and crossed my arm around my upper body. "I really wasn't looking for you and I sure as hell didn't miss you."
Lies, lies. All Lies.
"Wh-"
A teenager guy with huge nerd glasses came over and interrupted whatever Lorenzo was about to say and placed our orders on the table.
Thank god it wasn't Alicia. I observed the fries and burgers to make sure she had not spot in my food.
Once I was positive there were no saliva or anything that looked suspicious, I began stuffing my face with fries and my hamburger to avoid speaking to Lorenzo and the others.
I looked at my phone, I saw that I had fifteen missed calls from my mom. I was pretty sure she would not be too happy with me lying about being sick. I sent her a text saying - I am okay, don't worry. See you soon :)
"Alex?"
I sighed and took a look to my right where Lorenzo sat with his food empty...man that guy ate fast.
"Yes?"
"Abrianna has been asking a lot about you and has been bugging me to let you visit. So you think you could come and visit or something?" Lorenzo scratched his head. "And my mom too." He added. "They both want to see you again."
I smiled remembering Lorenzo's cute little sister. "Of Course, I would love to come over and perhaps I could tutor you?"
He nodded his head. "Mmmm....yes, Tutor..."
Brandon muttered. "Well we all know what Lorenzo's wants to do..."
