Chapter 20: Meet our baby

2 years later....

"Mommy.. play?"sabi ni baby Zhen habang tinitignan ang mga car toys niya, awe baby! Mana ka talaga kay daddy mo! Those eyes, lips and nose are from his father, I feel like I'm the luckiest mother in the world to have Zhen, he is such a cute baby, I love him so much! Baby Zhen Harrison De Guzman!!! Dibah? Ang bongga!

"Yey!!! Come here baby"sabi ko nang binuhat ko si Zhen at tsaka hinalikan sa ilong,"I'll play with you!" sabi ko kay Zhen nang niyakap ko siya!

Moments later nang tapos na kaming maglaro, I heard my baby yawn, he's sleepy nah kaya I carried him to his crib at doon ko siya hiniga para maka tulog siya nang mahimbing, looking my baby sleep is like looking at Xander too. Kuhang kuha niya lahat nang physical features nang daddy niya, I wonder kung ano ang maging mukha ng baby ko in the future, I bet parang so Xander rin..

It was a hard 9 months carrying Zhen in my womb, maraming bawal, hindi ko lahat magagawa ang gusto kong gawin, but I'll do it for the sake of my baby, I ate vegetable salad for the whole month nang buntis ako kay Zhen, I did whats right to my baby inside my womb, I ate everything healthy for my baby, and I'm blessed when the moment I give birth to him, the doctor told me and Xander na walang complications ang baby namin, I was so happy!

I feel safe and sound when nandito si Xander sa tabi ko palagi since the first day na nalaman namin na buntis ako, I can see happiness in Xander's eyes when I took the pregnancy test, this is God's blessing to us, I never lose hope nang nandito siya, we were going back to states na nga, pero we prefer na muna to live here with our baby until he becomes 3 tapos aalis nadin kami, mahirap naman kasi ang buhay sa labas ng bansa pero we can manage it, may mga importanteng Gawain narin si Xander sa companya, kaya the whole 18 days siya sa New York every month tapos babalik narin siya, I was left here with Zhen kasi may pinuntahan si Xander.

I can't leave my baby here naman alone kasi alam nyo nah, wala kasi kaming katulong, I take care Zhen by myself, I have no problems with chores here, I just need to cook and do laundry, that's all! May tinatawagan naman kaming housekeeping agency para magpadala ng mga taong maglinis 3 times a week sa maliit naming bahay sa isang village dito sa Maynila..
