After about ten minutes, the pair had gotten to the restaurant. It was a casual place and quiet. The place was almost empty, as it was small and most people were out working or in school at the time.

The two were about to cross the street, but there were no crossroads, making Michael scared to cross. "Are you scared, Michael?" Calum asked the small boy.

"Y-Yes." Michael looked down shyly, not wanting to seem like a baby.

"Here." The Maori teacher said, holding out his arm for Michael. Michael gratefully took his teacher's arm crossed the road with him. Though the two were off the road, Michael still held onto Calum. He felt comfortable that way.

But Calum walked in confidently, shouting. "Layla!"

A female's voice called back. "Calum? Is that you?"

"You know it!" The Maori said back.

A short, amber-haired woman walked out of the kitchen. "Came here to steal my food again?" She teased, eyes widening when seeing Michael. "You brought company this time?" Layla was short already, but she still had to bend down slightly to see eye to eye with the smaller boy. "He's a cute one."

Michael brought his windbreaker's sleeve to his face, covering his blush. The brown-eyed boy replied while shrugging. "I know."

"You want your usual?" Layla asked Calum, making him nod. "And what would this cutie like?" Michael, still blushing, turned even redder.

The pink-haired boy tightly held onto Calum's arm, hiding behind his teacher shyly. "I'll let him look at the menu. It's his first time here, Layla."

"Alright." She nodded. "I'll start your order when this cutie is done picking out what he wants to eat." Layla bent down once more and booped Michael on the nose before leaving to the back rooms.

"Here's the menu," Calum said handing, the smaller boy the folder.

Michael skimmed through the menu, he looked up hearing a 'tsk' from Calum and feeling someone scoot into the seat next to him. The boy looked to see Mr. Hemmings, his new English teacher.

"H-Hi, Mr. Hemmings." Michael greeted quietly.

"Hello, Michael," Luke said, then looked at the Maori across from him. "Calum."

"What would you like, pri-Michael?" Calum asked, glaring at the blonde who snorted at his slight slip up.

Michael mumbled. "C-Can I get fries? J-Just fries... I'm n-not that hungry." Then he asked shyly. "C-Can I go to t-the bathroom?"

The two teachers break their glaring and as the brown-eyed teacher began to speak, Luke cuts off Calum and says to Michael. "Of course you can princess."

The blushing boy gets up from the table and skips to the restroom. "You want him too?" Calum asks, narrowing his eyes at the blonde.

Luke smirked. "Of course I do." He played with his lip ring. "He's beautiful."

"Well, wait in line." Calum continued. "There's already two teachers after him."

"I guess there's three now." A voice said from behind Calum. It was Ashton. He sat down next to Calum.

Calum and Ashton were friends, but they did have some competition over the pink-haired boy. Luke, on the other hand, was well liked by most of the teachers but gave a bad first impression toward Ashton. With Calum, it's just for the fact that they both wanted to have their prep period during the first period and Luke ended up getting the last spot due to a better reasoning.

"How'd you get out of class?" The Maori teacher asked the wavy-haired one.

"I asked Gaskarth to watch over my class since he has a free period right now. Then, I went down to the office and asked Andy and he was fine with it." Ashton shrugged.

Calum nodded slightly. "Andy's cool with everything." Luke agreed but didn't say anything. It was true, Andy didn't care as long as it didn't affect him.

Michael got back to the table and Luke got up, letting the lilac-haired boy slide into the booth. The boy greeted the third teacher. "H-Hello M-Mr. Irwin."

"Hello, Michael." The hazel-eyed teacher nodded curtly.

Layla came back, now seeing four guys, she asked them. "Are you ready to order yet, boys?"

Calum just mumbled. "The usual."

"I want the bacon cheeseburger." Luke stopped, before adding. "And a Coke."

Layla hummed. "Wow... Just like Calum's usual."

Michael stuttered shyly. "I-I'd like f-fries a-and water."

"And I'll get the chicken wrap with ranch and a lemonade," Ashton said, licking his lips slightly.

The amber-haired women scribbled the orders down and said. "I'll be right back with your orders."

It took about ten minutes, but the food was great. Everyone finished the food quickly, except Michael who was picking at his fries.

"Michael, don't play with your food." Ashton scolded, sternly.

"S-Sorry." The pink-haired boy apologized, then picked up a small fry and ate it. "M'not th-that hungry."

"Alright," Luke said, checking his watch and subtly pushing himself closer to the small boy, making the two on the other side glare at the blonde. "Class starts in seven minutes. Michael, wanna drive with me?"

"I-uh-umm-M-Mr. H-Hood?" Michael stuttered nervously. "C-Can I g-go w-with M-Mr-"

Ashton cuts him off. "Maybe you should ride with me instead, Michael. You have next period with me."

The lilac-haired boy looked down shyly. The three wanted to drive with him and he was blushing hard. They were all looking at him for an answer, so he whispered. "I choose...
