so... I'm a freshman now. I'm going to Seminary. It's cool. But. There is the jerk young man that won't leave me alone. He said, "you're (insert my brother's name here)'s sister! And I know that that's an insult! Your brother is the worst!" I was like "excuse me?" And people go "ohhhhhhhhhh" when my senior friend steps up and goes, " I don't think you're treating these ladies with respect!" And he told them off.
School is SO crowded! You can't walk anywhere without getting caught in traffic!

Mini Brooke stuck around me the entire night. I curled the red-head's hair and it was her first dance. And the girl on the far left just loves to dress up, so she wore her prom dress even though the dance was casual.
The dance was really fun. I mentioned that it was the girl's first dance. Her mom wanted me to get a picture of her dancing with someone. We found a boy in the other ward, but same building and school as us, and I asked him if he would dance with her. This guy only comes because his parents make him and he sits on his phone the entire time. He said he didn't dance, so we walked away and then sat down. A few minutes later he came up to me and said, "I'll dance with your friend... if YOU go to homecoming with me." I was internally freaking out. I'd never really had much of a conversation with this boy. I told him no, because my parents wouldn't let me, and I'm not going regardless. He then danced with me and said, "I saw you in the hallway at school. I wanted to say hi, but I thought that might be awkward. I have always thought you were pretty cute." I told him thanks and that he could talk to me at school whenever. I still do not like him very much. He's a year older than me and a bit sketchy.
I was also asked to homecoming a few days ago. I feel bad, but I'm not even going. My brothers and I haven't seen each other for a few years and that is the weekend that they will both be home.
