Ugh, another dance exam

Okay so I had aNOTHER dance exam today (this one was modern / jazz), and oh my god at the beginning I made a fool of myself.

So basically, my set's waiting outside while the set before us is in there, doing their exam. They came out, and we were just waiting for either the examiner or my dance teacher (who was in there also) to call us in.

Usually, they use a bell to signal when to come in. And sometimes they just tel us.

So, the other set came out, and a few moments later, I heard someone say, "Come on in, girls." So I was like, alright, it's time to go in.

Me and my friends walked into the room, only for my dance teacher to say, "You should only come in when you've heard the bell, you should know this." All we did was apologise profusely, but I really wanted to ask who told us to come in. Turns out it was my other dance teacher downstairs talking to another group of people.

As you can probably guess, I was a nervous wreck after that, and if they rung the bell just after what just happened, I'd forget everything and probably fail the exam.

SO, they had a conversation in the exam room for about 20 minutes, while all the while, I was waiting in anticipation with my ear against the door waiting for the bell, and my friends are stressing out cause of the exam. I swear they were like, "Oh they're coming in early, let's drag this out, just to torture them."

Also, there was a theory (a gAME THEORY- jk), and they ask you a question about anything, and you have to know the answer. The question you were asked depended on the number you were. I was number 1, so I was asked question 1. Let's take this into account:

We were given the theory questions 2 weeks in advance. The first time I even bothered to look at them, let alone memorise them, was the morning of the exam. So, I was already freaking out cause of that. And after that little incident with the walking in thing happened, my mind went blank, and I forgot everything.

But, I did okay.

I would've been fine, but the thing that annoyed me was that when we did finally go in for the exam, my dance teacher opened the door and told us to come in (almost knocking me over in the process), meaning there was no bell. But hey, everything was good in the end.

But yeah, after that beginning, I low-key hate myself. :T

Now, we have a show every summer, so now that exams are out of the way, we can start show dances! Yay! Those are way less stressful, I can tell you.

Also, for anyone who follows me on any of my other social media accounts (as well as this one), I won't be active, since my Internet's down. I'm using my data to upload this chapter, and it'll probably run out soon since I spent a lot of it downloading a Nate and Dookie video. I'll get it back on Monday, so wOOP!

See ya on Monday (or maybe even sooner)!
