Holy shit was that meant for me?! "Um Derek..?" I ask.
No response. "Shh, it's all okay ma i was gonna know sooner or later." I freak out. "Ma don't freak out, I'll be here with you to take care of our family." Have I fallen asleep already or something? "Get some rest now baby, I'll take you to the store tomorrow to see confirm your pregnancy."
I fall asleep in his arms thankful that he's okay with it.

I wake up still in Derek's arms I get up real fast and run to the bathroom. After a few seconds I feel Derek behind me rubbing my back to comfort me. "Thanks babe." I say.
I get up and rinse my mouth with water to get the puke taste out my mouth and I brush my teeth. Derek hold me from behind hugging me. "I'll make you some soup for my little one and you." And kisses my cheek. My heart melted when he said that. Derek as a dad? Wow Rabat pretty hot. Seeing him mature into a dad, interesting.
As I'm done brushing my teeth I wash my face and walk into the living room. Where Derek hands me my soup. He cuddles up to me turning on the tv. And I slurp my soup I ask him a question. "Hey.." I see him turn to me and give his attention to me.
I love it when he does that. "Are you okay with this baby?" He smiles. "Ma, if I didn't care about this baby, would I would I be smoking right now?"
I think about what he said. "Did you know all this time about the baby?" I look at Derek and he smiles and nods his head. "I mean I've heard you run to the bathroom and throw up some mornings." I take another slurp from my soup. And get up. "So you taking me to the store?"
I look at Derek and we smile at each other. He gets up and kisses me. "Let's go confirm this!" We get ready and drive out the house to the store. "Let's go to Walmart, their test are probably most accurate." I say. We get off and look into the medicine sections. That's where the test are mostly at.
I grab a box and we pay and leave. I go through the front door and go to the bathroom.
Derek's POV
I sit there out the bathroom anxiously. As it seemed for 7 minutes. I see Jada walk out the bathroom with a straight face. I think she's trying to trick me or something into thinking we dont have a kid. But then.. I was wrong. It was a outcome I didn't expect.
And then I hear her say it. "We're not having a baby." I see her look down and I get up to hug her. I look a the test and it shows one line. I hold it and stare at it for a couple of seconds seeing another line appear. "Baby!"
Jada flinches "Derek OH my GoD! She jumps up and onto me landing onto the bed. "Yay Ima be a dad!" I say. Jada laughs and we look at eachother having those happy moments. This time she's the one that leans in and kisses me.
We just kissed and nothing else. We don't know if we went any further it would've of hurt something or messed something up. We're not experts so we thought it would be better if we just did a good kiss.

Jadas POV
Two and a half months later we went to a hospital to reveal the gender. We found out it was gonna be a little boy. Derek and I chose a name for it.. his name's gonna be Abel. We both agreed and I love that name. Abel was a wonderful surprise and definitely a life changing thing. I think it was gods way saying that we should change the way we act now. No more clubbing, smoking, drinking. I think it's about time we mature now.
Thank you guys for reading my stories. I am thankful for how many people read my book. Wow I never knew I was gonna get that much reads tbh. Haha. But I've had fun writing these but now I've decided to not write anymore because I'm not really involved with Derek. And I haven't been for a long time. But I will be writing another book but it's nothing Derek skate or anyone related. It's just a Highschool book. I really don't know when I'm going to start writing it but I think some of you guys will enjoy it. Again thank you for reading my stories much love to you guys. I will keep this here. ❤️❤️
