The first pokemon that popped into my head for Mark was Whismur. Its normally a very quiet pokemon, but when something startles it, it makes a loud crying noise. As it evolves into Loudred, like how Mark would get more comfortable to you, it gets louder.

I see him as a Snivy. Snivy is known to have a calm, collected demeanor, just like how Jaebum is seen as a calm and chic leader. When it evolves, "Serperior will only attack with full force against opponents that are unfazed by its piercing glare," just like how JB will go all out in some dances.

Machop. I didn't even have to think about this one, since Machops entry says that he can lift stuff times its own body weight with its muscles, and it practices Martial Arts in its spare time. Evolving into Machamp, Jackson would probably have fun moving mountains around.

I feel like Jinyoung is the type of person that could read his fans, knowing if they're happy or sad. So I see him as Raltz, evolving into Gallade, since many fans call him "Prince Jinyoung". Even though Mega is only achieved through battle, I see him as a casual Mega Gallade 24/7.

Our sunshine is definitely a Pichu, because Pichu is known for his playful and mischievous demeanor. When it evolves, it could be regular Raichu or the Alolan form, but i see him more as the Alolan form.

Bambams partner in crime, Jynx. Jynx prefers to speak through dancing, and BOY do we know that our maknae does that.. I'm pretty sure many fans have wanted to be that stage floor. Jynx has been seen as sexual to many pokemon fans, and Yugyeom.. Do I even need to explain this??
