I jumped slightly, hearing the loud voice beside me. I looked to my right and saw Jae. "Jeez took you long enough!" He said. I mumbled a sorry to him and motioned him to keep talking. "I was going to ask if you're okay?? You've been spacing out a lot the past couple weeks." He said in a concerned voice. "Yea.. I'm fine. Just tired" I lied. I couldn't tell him about what Jackson was doing, he'd freak and and probably try to put him in jail. Even if I don't love him anymore, I couldn't let him go to jail. Sometimes I feel like I'm too nice...

"Why are you tired?? You better not be up all night watching Anime.." He said. I smiled a bit at that and shook my head. "There's the smile you should have on your face! Now come on, it's getting late and if your tired you should go to bed early." He said with a huge smile on his face. I rolled my eyes, "Your not my mom Jae, I can go to bed whenever I want!" I stuck my tongue out at him and walked away from our table in the small cafe we were in. "Come back here, you are so not making me pay!" He yelled. The attention of everyone in the cafe was now on us, but I could care less. "Nope! Guys always pay for the ladies!" I then sped out of the cafe smiling like an idiot. I ran about halfway to my house before I slowed down. It was very peaceful today, though when I get home I know that will be broken, so I'm gonna enjoy as much of this as I can. I looked at the time on my phone, it read 7:14pm. I chuckled, thinking back to what Jae had said in the Cafe. Yea Jae, it's totally late....

"Jackson..? Um, I'm home..!" I said in a normal voice, because last time I yelled I got yelled at more than I normally do. "Where have you been??" I heard him say. I looked to my left and saw him standing there with an annoyed expression on his face. "Umm.. I was with Jae.." I said. He took a few steps towards me and I felt myself shrink. "With Jae?? I'm your boyfriend! You shouldn't hang out with other guys!" He raised his voice. I nodded my head and quickly ran up to my room. We have separate rooms because he says he doesn't want me being near him. I locked the door and lay down on my bed, closing my eyes and sighing. No matter how much I want to get out of this relationship, I just can't push myself to...

"Hey, Open the door will you!!"

I jumped slightly, now awake from the loud banging and yelling outside my door. I sat up and looked at my clock. It read 8:37pm. I got up and unlocked the door. I was quickly pushed to the ground and I landed with a loud thump. I groaned and looked up to see Jackson looking at me with disgust. "God really?? Get up and make me dinner will you? I'm hungry" He said and walked away. I slowly got back up and walked downstairs to make something for dinner.

"Foods ready.." I said. I put the plate of food on the table. After we finished I washed the dishes and did the rest of my chores in the house. When I finished I sat down on the couch and sighed. I was getting really tired of this.. I heard my phone ringing, so I got up and picked it up from the counter. I frowned slightly when I saw the ID, it was Jae. I sighed again and accepted the call. "Hey, what's up?" I said quietly, glancing at Jackson who was glaring at me. "Why did you leave meeeee???" He whined. I smiled slighlty and said "Because I could. Is that all you wanted to say??" I asked. I saw Jackson get up and I started to back up, my heart starting to pick up speed. "No, I wanted to talk to you too. Are you able to??" He asked. "Uh.. No I can't sor--" Jackson suddenly grabbed my phone and threw it a few feet away from us.
