Seb's eyes widened as he looked at the text message. "It's Asha" he almost yelled. 

"Shut up Seb, we don't want anyone hearing us" I shushed him. 

"Come on we will skip next two periods and watch the video"  I dragged Seb by the hand into the nearest janitor's closet and locked the door. This looked dodgy as fuck. I didn't care though, I had a message from her.

Hey, Ro, It's Asha. This is all a bit crazy but please just watched the video attached. I love you and I miss you xx

The I love you and I miss you bit almost brought me to tears but I know I needed to watch the video. 

"Press play," Seb said and I did, I turned my phone horizontal and pressed play, letting her video take over my iPhone screen.

Her face and shoulders appeared and the rest was a white background with the sun reflecting making shadows, she slowly began to talk, "Well hey, I guess you know it's me by now Romeo, wow it feels so weird to be speaking English." She would have been speaking Spanish, her first language. That means she must be in Spain. I know we looked there when she first went missing and that but knowing Asha she would have had a pretty good hiding place. 

"Is Seb there with you Romeo? Last time I saw you, you were both arguings actually If I I'm right last time I saw you, you had Seb pinned to the floor, you were punching him." I wanted to tell her everything was alright between me and Seb tell her we forgave each other the minute we realised we'd lost her.  I wanted to shout at the phone and tell her but I knew she wouldn't hear me. 

"I hope you two are okay. I mean you will have to be you can't do this without each other. Romeo, If Seb isn't with you after what I'm about to say please go get him, show him this. I need you both." Her voice was so sweet, the sound of it made me want to cry, but I knew I had to be strong. Maybe this video would tell us where she was and we could go find her. 

"What do you need us to do Asha?' Seb asked, "Bro, she can't hear you it's a video, not Facetime." 

"I know what you're wondering, when you will see me again and why I ran away and all sorts, I promise at some point in," She paused and looked her side. Little cries were heard as of there was an infant near her. "Tranquilo bebé, solo dame un par más de Minutos" Her language change to Spanish very quickly as she talked to the child who was crying but not insight. We couldn't understand what she was saying at all. I didn't know who the child was but I guess she was probably just looking after it. 

 "Sorry about that. At some point in this you'll find out everything you want to know, I can promise you that" She changed back to English and spoke to us again. "To find where I am, I want you to find out why I ran away. There are about ten people that cause all this. Want to know who?" She paused and me and Seb both nodded. Why are we nodding at a screen? 

"Betty, Brooklyn, my Mum, my Step-Dad, Alba, Belle, Louis and both of you Seb and Romeo. I want you to start with Betty, The go to Brooklyn and work your way up the list and you will end on Louis and Belle.  Both of you will be included in it as you go along. As secrets spill stuff with start to make sense. I know right now it's a bit confusing. I went on the french exchange and I never came back. I wasn't kidnapped in France. I thought that was the funniest of all the theories, to be honest. This was my own choice please just remember that. I love you, good luck finding me." She blew a kiss to the camera and shut it off. 

Asha's favourite thing to do as a kid was to go on treasure hunts. Now she is sending us on one but I think this one might be slightly harder. Anything is hard when Asha is your treasure.
