A letter was sent to the house last night from an unknown sender. I was thinking of opening it today but the Queen was summoning me to the palace. I rode on my horse and went to the palace,alone. Once I arrived the guards immediately opened up the gates and got my horse for me as I was escorted to the queen's quarters. I opened the door and saw her sitting on her seat. I walked in and bowed.
"My Queen, what is that you want to talk about?" She smiles at me. "I am going to great a group of guards to protect the royal family named Hwarang. I want you to help Master Wi Hwa train Hwarang since I know you are the best in sword fighting, hand to hand combat, and archery. I want you to be my eyes inside the Hwarang house. You shall be the only girl in Hwarang house. You shall also be a medic since I can't afford anything bad to happen inside. Can you do it for me?" I nodded my head. "When will I start,my Queen?" She stood up smiling. "Today." I stared at her confused. "Today is the ceremony. I shall have the maids dress you in your new hanbok that are the same color as mine.Go on now,child." I nodded and bowed and kindly told the maids to do as the Queen instructed.

They dragged me into a room and dress me up in a white and gold hanbok. I believed the seamstress had a minor mishap because my chest area was very tight making it quite bulge out. The maids handed me my sword and dagger as I hid my dagger but displayed my sword. I let them style my hair in a beautiful half braid that cascades down my back as they add hair pieces and jewelry on me. When they were done dressing and fixing me up they guided me to where the Queen was sitting down looking down at the crowd and the young men about to become Hwarang. I sat down on a smaller chair besides the Queen and looked at the future Hwarangs. I spotted Soo Ho and Ban Ryu upfront while I saw Hansung in the middle of Soo Ho's group. I saw that two spots had no one standing next to it. I looked at the Queen narrowing her eyes at the spots. Master Wi Hwa looked at the Queen. "I guess your Hwarang isn't here." The queen looked at him with a calm but cold look on her face. "Your Hwarang isn't here too." She calmly looks over at you and smile. One of her maids approached her. "Your majesty,we have to start the ceremony. The people are getting impatient." She nods and stands up asking the Hwarangs if they are ready to protect Silla and the Royal family. They screamed out happily. "Yes!!" I look over at Ban Ryu and see that he doesn't really want to be here. I also glance over to Soo Ho who was smiling so much. The swords that the Hwarangs were about to be given away when the door opens and two males come in in their Hwarang robes. Sun Woo, one of the males who entered late, was the first one to receive his sword and become a Hwarang. Then Soo Ho,Ban Ryu,Hansung and surprisingly Ji Dwi. They proudly stood in their robes with a sword in hand. Master Wi Hwa, I and the Hwarangs headed to the Hwarang house. We all stopped infront of the doors. "As the leader of Hwarang!!Open the door!!" The doors opened and everybody went in. Master Wi Hwa sat in front of the males as I joined them in their first task. Room assignments. "Okay,listen up brats! Every single one of you will be drinking 3 shots continuously. Okay,Go!" I drank the first shot feeling it burn down my throat. I calmly drank the other two not the slightest bit tipsy. I headed up and grabbed a card from the box calmly. I got a grey card so I went back to my spot seeing everybody else except this one guy head up not tipsy at all. Once everybody got their cards Master Wi Hwa stood up. "Okay,this is your chance to change your room. You can steal or exchange your card with another person in this courtyard if you are not satisfied with your card's color." He then left towards his office as I stayed i the shadows watching almost everybody fight for another card color. I smirked as I saw a male punch another male on his jaw. "That's going to hurt once he sobers up." I chuckled and went to find my room and meet my new roommates. I opened the doors and saw Soo Ho and Ban Ryu lying down on one bunk bed together. Another male was on another bed combing his hair. "Hello. I'm Yeo Wool. Nice to meet you." I nod and headed for the bunk above the one in the middle. I changed into my white silk robe and lied down on the mattress. I was about to fall asleep when Ji Dwi entered the room with Sun Woo on his back. He looked at Yeo Wool weirdly. "What have you not seen a man as pretty as me?" Ji Dwi shaked his head and layed Sun Woo on the bed across from Soo Ho and Ban Ryu's. Ji Dwi was about to go out when I spotted his colored card. I leaped off my bunk and went to get his card. "Aha!You have a grey card too! So I guess your our room mate." Yeo Wool stood besides me with a fan on his hand. "Ah...this is interesting. A Queen's gaurd, a Queen's follower, an anti follower, a beautiful male, a mysterious male from outside the walls and a male from the East." I nodded and headed back to mu bunk throwing Ji Dwi's color card back to him. He sighed and laid down on the bunk beneath mine. I drifted off to sleep a few minutes later.
