(Y/n)'s pov
I thought of every possible way to get out of this engagement but it always had a problem to it. I jabbed the wooden pole for the hundredth time to try and lessen my annoyance for this whole engagement. "YAHH!!!" I broke the wooden pole after slashing my sword angrily against it. The ring on my finger seemed to shine bright as the diamond on it caught the suns rays. I fiddled with it as I sighed. "At least it's pretty." I placed my sword back in it's sheath and headed to the showers to get cleaned up. I knocked on the door seeing if anybody was inside but found none so I went to the last stall and draped the makeshift shower curtain incase somebody decides to be a surprise guest. I finished showering and dried my hair. I grabbed my red hanbok and went to get some food.

I went to the kitchen and grabbed my tray of food sitting between Ji Dwi and Yeo Wool. I was quietly eating praying that nobody would notice my ring but the universe had other plans. "Yah! (Y/n), that's such a pretty ring!!" Yeo Wool grabbed my hand examining the engagement ring on my finger gaining the attention from almost all of the Hwarangs. "Thanks." I muttered and carefully removed my hand from his hands. "Why do you have it on your ring finger?? Wait! Are you engaged??" I could only nod before leaving the room not finishing my food as the other Hwarangs were gossiping about my engagement.

I ran until I ended up on the bridge where me and Soo Ho had our first kiss. I sat down hugging my knees to my chest. I cried thinking about everything and how bad everything in my life is. "Why is it always me?!What did I ever do to deserve this?! I have done nothing wrong..." I sobbed until I passed out from exhaustion and thinking to much.

Soo Ho's pov
(Y/n) left the room not finishing her food making me glare at Yeo Wool. "Seriously? You could've asked her in the room! Aish, I'm going to check on her." I walked out of the room following the direction I saw her go to. She was there on the bridge where we first kissed and I told what I felt about her. She was crying. " Why is it always me?!What did I ever do to deserve this?! I have done nothing wrong..." She wailed before crying and falling limp to her side. My eyes widen as I caught her limp body. I went to the physicians room seeing Ah Ro. Ah Ro gasped at the sight of (Y/n) limp on my arms. "Oh my! What happened? Please put her on the bed." She grabbed a few acupuncture needles and placed them in different spots on her body. I stood behind Ah Ro worried for (Y/n). "Is she going to be alright?" Ah Ro nodded standing up. "She's fine she just passed out. I placed acupuncture to her soothe the tension in her body." I nodded sitting beside (Y/n). I kissed her forehead and held her hand as Ah Ro dismissed herself. "(Y/n)...I hope you wake up soon. I love you..." My eyes watered at the sight of her frail body. "You mean so much to me. Please wake up..." Her hand moved to grasp mine. "Soo Ho?" I sat up helping her sit up. "What happened to me?" I smiled sadly. "You passed out from exhaustion...Who gave you that ring,(Y/n)." She looked down with a blank stare on his face. "Master Young Shil told Ban Ryu to give it to me since we were engaged...Soo Ho, I don't want to marry him..." She caressed my cheek. "I want to be with you. I wanna wake up every single day thinking that I am yours and you are mine. I love you,Soo Ho." She smiled as I smiled back. "I love you too,(Y/n). I have an idea!! I can tell father to tell the queen I want to marry you!! We can be together." She smiled brightly. "Jinja? You would do that? Wae?" I pecked her lips. "Wae? Because I love you. And I want to spend the rest of my life with you,(Y/n)." I kissed her loving holding her close to me. We pulled away smiling at each other. "No more hiding our relationship. No more keeping our love hidden." I whispered pulling her up and holding her hand before going out to have lessons with Master Wi Hwa.

We entered the room with our hands clasped together. We received stares and some started whispering about us. "Poor girl. She's going to be one of Soo Ho's victims again." One Hwarang whispered to his friends. "Yeah after Soo Ho's done with she's just going to get thrown away. If I was her I would never associate with Soo Ho." Another whispered. I squeezed (Y/n)'s hand to reassure myself and her that I'm not leaving her. "But she has a ring on her ring finger so it was probably him who proposed to her. Lucky him." The group of friends gossiped amongst each other. We both sat down in the front. She sat on my lap and laid her head on my shoulder.

(Y/n)'s pov
I placed my head on his shoulder as he placed his arms around me. I snuggled closer to him. He was my mine and I was his. And I was proud to call him mine. "Soo Ho their all staring." He looked around seeing everyone staring at us. "Let them know your mine. I love you."I smiled pressing my lips on his soft pink lips. "I love you too." I respond breathlessly. Hansung entered the room and saw us. "Hello,(Y/n)! Hello,Soo Ho hyung!! Master Wi Hwa left earlier. We have no lessons today!!" Everybody cheered and filed out the doors leaving me and Soo Ho in the room with our roommates. "When did you guys start dating??" Ban Ryu eyed the ring he gave me as Yeo Wool and Ji Dwi bombarded us with questions while Sun Woo and Hansung stood behind them Hansung admiring Sun Woo. "Aish,(Y/n)! Why didn't you tell me?? I'm your best friend! How could you not tell me??" Ji Dwi blabbered. "Ban Ryu, your her best friend,right? Do you know who gave her the engagement ring??" Yeo Wool argued as Ban Ryu stared blankly at us. "The ring came from...me." Yeo Wool looked at Soo Ho confused. "Your okay with that??" He shouted. Soo Ho nodded. "I knew they were engaged. Her mother told me but I'm marrying her first!" He smiled his charming smile. "Your okay with that Ban Ryu?" Yeo Wool turned to Ban Ryu who nodded. "I see her as a sister and nothing more." He shrugged. "Aish,enough of this. Master Wi Hwa's not here right? Why don't we go around town??" I suggested standing up from Soo Ho's lap. Everybody nodded and we all climbed up the wall almost getting caught by a gaurd. "How about we go to Okta together?" Yeo Wool says as he slung his arms around Ban Ryu and Soo Ho. Ban Ryu 'tsk'ed and walked away as Soo Ho removed his arm from his shoulder. "Were not that close to go to Okta together." And left dragging me along with him. "Uh, I got rejected twice. Hm,I'll just tag along,then." He exclaimed catching up to us. I walked around and saw Soo Yun so I decided to go with her as Soo Ho and Yeo Wool walked around together.

Soo Yun spotted Soo Ho near the river so she decided to get her 'revenge' on him. She approached him and grabbed his butt. "Yah,what does it feel now??" 'Soo Ho' turned around wide eyed but it wasn't Soo Ho it was Ban Ryu. She screamed which grabbed the attention of everyone around them. She covered her chest. "Master Ban Ryu openly touched her." Soo Yun slapped him to make the situation worst but held his cheek afterwards. "Are you okay?" Then suddenly Soo Ho and Yeo Wool came to view. Soo Ho got mad and grabbed a wood pole to hit Ban Ryu with but Soo Yun hit the back of her brothers head making him almost fall over the railing and in to the river. I gasped and ran towards Soo Ho pulling him up and placing him on my lap as I sat down on the ground. "Yah! Soo Yun, what the heck?? Soo Yun." Soo Yun was busy checking Ban Ryu if he was okay or not. Ban Ryu seemed dazed and flustered as ever. 'Hmm...I wonder...' I smiled at her. 'She would be so good for Ban Ryu but Master Young Shil wouldn't approve of this.' I sighed diverting my attention to Soo Ho who was knocked out on my lap. "Yeo Wool can you find Sun Woo we have to get back inside before we all get caught. Well actually I can go out but you guys can't." Yeo Wool nodded and went to find Sun Woo. "Soo Ho. Soo Ho,wake up." I shook him trying to get him to wake up. "Yah! He won't wake up!! Soo Yun go back home. It's late your parents might be looking for you." She nods and scurries away before Ban Ryu turned to me with a blush dusted on his face. "Yah! Stop standing there and carry him on your back. I'm not that strong to carry him." He grabs Soo Ho from me whining about how heavy he was. We met up with the others but Ji Dwi wasn't with us so he probably was already near the wall.

Sun Woo, Yeo Wool, and I walked ahead of Ban Ryu who had the best job of carrying Soo Ho on his back. When we arrived near the wall Ji Dwi was already there impatiently waiting for us. "Where were you?? I have been waiting here for so long! I'm not the kind of person who waits for someone. " Sun Woo shrugged as he pointed towards Ban Ryu and Soo Ho. "Well that happened." I chuckled and we lifted Soo Ho up Sun Woo, Ji Dwi and Yeo Wool catching him in the otherside. Me and Ban Ryu went up afterwards. I went first to make sure there were no guards but there were none so we carried Soo Ho until a big guard showed up getting them in trouble.
