We decided to use the Ouija board at the night in the garden of our house. Mia and Devan lied to their parents telling that it's a sleepover. Mom wouldn't have allowed me to go out in the night so I lied to mom, telling her that I'm going to Mia's house for a sleepover. It was a relief knowing that there wasn't any problem. At nine, all three of us met in the park. I was about to explain the rules to them when they told that while coming, they searched for information and rules of using it on the internet so I didn't waste time to explain it again. We set up four candles, each at each of the corners of the Ouija board. Everything felt normal. The sky was clear and the moon shone bright. I looked at both of them and then we started. I told Mia that she'll be noting down whatever the spirit wants to say.

"Is anyone here?"

The planchette moved towards Yes.

"What is your name?"

Mia noted it down and it said 'Lauren'

"Where do you live?"

'In the attic."

"What happened to you?"

'I died. My own father killed me'

"Do you want something from us?"

'Your lives'

The planchette moved towards all the four corners of the board one by one. Indicating that it was an evil spirit. Devan got scared and he threw the planchette onto the ground. He had gotten us into trouble! Lauren had escaped. I looked at Devan in disappointment but he was looking behind me. He was looked terrified and pointed at something behind me with his trembling hand. I turned around. Lauren was standing there. Smiling. All the candles except one blew off. I started to shiver when she came towards me and whispered in my ear, "Never leave an Ouija board open." When I turned around to close the board, it wasn't there. We had got into huge trouble. Mia looked at me and said that she'll handle Devan and I should go check if Lucie is alright or not. After all, She might get possessed by Lauren. I quickly ran to Lucie's room and started banging the door. I could hear her talking to someone. The door suddenly opened and I saw her drawing something. Well, It wasn't her who was drawing. It was Lauren. Her pitch black eyes, her dirty clothes, her messy hair and all those scars and bruises were visible. I was bold enough to snatch the diary from her. I looked at the page and what I saw confused me...
