Laughing he pulls me into a tight hug and I rest my head in the crook of his neck. After a while I reluctantly let him go. Putting my clothes on and grabbing my car keys I make my way to the door. I turn back for the last time to he a glimpse of him and boy the mere sight of him makes me run back into his arms. He smiles and hugs me back tighter.
After a lot of hugging on my part and begging on Vin's part I finally let that beast go and made my way home.
On my way back I couldn't help but smile like a silly girl. I kept replaying all the days events in my head. How I jumped on him and how he kissed me, held me and made me feel loved. I kept wondering to myself how did I turn out to be so lucky?? He's literally the best! He's everything I ever wanted. He's smart, handsome and loving and caring and gentle but rough at the same time! Boy I've been blessed😇
Smiling entered the house and headed straight for the kitchen. No matter how happy or angry I am, I can never ever forget food. I give my mom a hug and a kiss on my way because I was just that happy. To say my mom was surprised will be and understatement. She was shell shocked but in a good way. She also had a ghostly smile on her face. I made myself a sandwich and went to my room to get some home work done which is not due for at least a week. Don't blame me, I never denied that I'm not a nerd!
Before I start my home work I dropped a text to Vin saying 'I am home and missing him already'. He instantly replied that 'I am also missing you already but now I have to go. I'll call you once I'm done with my today's work'. I texted back "ohk" and started my home work.
When I was in the middle of my home work I received a call! Thinking it was Vin chirped a big 'Hellooo' but my chirpy mood just turned peachy when I heard the voice form the other side. Yes ladies and gentlemen it was no one but my so called best friend Jules.
She started to apologise and said that she wouldn't do that again and that she wanted me to know how sorry she is for what she did to me. And I forgave her instantly. I mean I was just that happy! Today if even Satan came down asking for forgiveness for all the sins he ever committed I would forgive him in a heartbeat. I laughed at myself. I suddenly heard someone coughing and I realised that I got so lost in my own thoughts that I forgot that I was on phone talking to Jules.
We chatted for a while and then she asked me the most dreaded question "Where did you go after lunch? I went looking for you everywhere I though you could go! I thought you might be with jack, but even he hadn't seen you after lunch. I was so worried!"
"Sorry Jules I left without saying. But at times you just have to let me be. And FYI I was with Vin. He's a guy I met at Andy's wedding and there might or might not be something going on between us!"
"Whaaaattt???"
"Yeah Jules, we are dating"
"I want to meet this guy. I have to meet this guy. Common give me some details. What's he like? What does he do? Where does he live?"
"Jules calm down! I can only answer one question at a time! And his name is Vincent Kennedy"
"That's it? His name is Vincent Kennedy! Pam that's all I get? Seriously?? Give me more details Pam!"
"Don't worry Jules. I'll ask him when he's free and then we can meet up?"
"Sounds good to me!"
"It's settled then. I'll talk to him and let you know."
"I am already excited. Hold on a sec, Yes mom I'm coming coming. Hey Pam sorry about that. My moms going crazy over something. I'll see you at school tomorrow. Bye"
