Going to New York University

The Party

So yeah, as you all read I'm going to a party. Fun fact, I've never been to a house party! I don't know what to expect there. Omg I don't even know what to wear! And I can't call someone 'cause I haven't made friends that are girls yet. Wow where have I been these days. I really have to make friends tonight. 

I'll just call Hannah, she's my best friend back home. I should've called her sooner but I guess I've been to busy.

Calling Hannah

Me: "Heey Hannah, omg I'm so glad to hear your voice!"

Hannah: "Heeey Josephine, I'm glad too. I really miss you, it's so boring without you!"

Me: "Aahww, I'll visit you next weekend. 'Cause I miss you too and I want to see how mom and dad are doing. Oh and let's not forget Alexander, I'll just annoy him 'cause that's fun!"

*both giggling on the phone*

Hannah: "Hahaha, you really should come! But I don't think you called me for this, so tell me why you actually called me! Is it gossip or is it something about boys...? "

Me: "It's something about boys, and i think that after tonight I have a lot of gossip!"

Hannah: "Oh my god, tell me everything now!"

Me: "Okay, okay. Only the short cuts 'cause I'm kind off in a hurry. So I've been good lately on school, but there's this guy named Ian. He's sometimes a creep, but he can be sweet too. So I talked to him today, and he asked me if I wanted to go to a party tonight. So yeah, I just texted him and said yes. But I don't know what to wear, 'cause as you know I've never been to a party like this!

Hannah: "Wow I thought you were only telling the short cuts, so I think it's a looonnggg story. But I get it, I think you should not overdress. Just wear a cute little dress, small heels and a sexy choker."

Me: "You sure about that? I don't want to embarrass myself."

Hannah: "Yes, I'm 100% sure."

Me: "Okay thank you babe."

Hannah: "No problemo, I'll always have your back!"

Me: "Thank you!! I'll call you later!"

Hannah: "Okay babe, byeee."

Before I'm going to dress up for the party I'll go shower first. After 10 minutes I'm done showering. I walk to my closet and look for a cute dress. Found it! It's a little black dress. I get dressed and walk back too bathroom. I do my hair and makeup and walk back to my closet. I'm searching my heels but I can't find them. I look between my unpacked things and there they are, my heels! I put them on and I also put on the choker. I think I look okay.

Its 9 pm so I have some time left to watch some tv before Ian comes. While watching The Big Bang Theory, I get a message from Ian.

Ian

Ian: I know I'm 15 minutes early, but I'm already here.

Me: Ooh okay, you can come to our "apartment" if you want?

Ian: okay, wich floor?

Me: 2nd floor, number 16.

Ian: okay ;)

After a few minutes I hear Ian knocking on the door. I walk through the hallway and open the door.

"Wow Josephine, you... you look absolutely gorgeous." Ian says. "Ahw thank you Ian, you look good too!" I say. "Hahaha thank you, so can I come in or do I have to stand here till you're ready to go?" Ian says smiling. "Oh yeah sure, come in. I just have to pack my last few things, than we can head to the party." I say smiling. After a few minutes I'm done packing those few things.

"I think we can go, I'm ready!" I say. "Okay lets go then." He says.

The ride is pretty awkward, he doesn't know what to tell and neither do I. I think I'll just turn the radio on.

As I turn on the radio a very loud rock song comes on, I wasn't expecting that at all. I quickly put on an other radio station with "normal" music.

After a while Ian begins to tell me things he likes to do. "So yeah I kinda like basketball but I'm more into American football." Ian says. "Yeah I like American football too, but I really don't know what the rules are and stuff." I say. "Maybe we can go to a game together, I can tell you the rules and how it works, if you want to?" Ian says smiling. "Yeah sure why not?" I say.

"We're almost there!" Ian says. "Okay!" I say exited. I'll just text Jack to say that we're almost there.

Me: Heey Jack, we're almost there! Are there a lot of people??

Jack: Well yeah, duh, of course. Have you never been to a house party or so?

Me: Yeah, you're right, I've never been to a house party...

Jack: Are you serious?? Well okay, I will guide you tonight, and show you what you gotta do! P.s. There's this very cute guy named Christopher I think you'll like him...

Me: We'll see, I have my doubts!

Jack: You always have doubts, you gotta trust me for once!

Me: Okay, okay, see you there!

Jack: Yeah see you here!

"Who are you texting?" Ian asks. "Jack, I told him that we're almost there!" I say. "Haha okay. Look it's there!"

We're here, my first house party, omg. The house is sooo big, and there are a lot of people in the front yard. You can hear the music, while  we pass by to find a parking spot.

"So this is what house party's look like?" I ask Ian. "Well yeah duh, have you never been to a house party or so?" Ian asks. "Actually no, I've never been to a house party." I say. "No you're kidding right?" "Nope, not kidding at all." I say laughing. "Ooh well, welcome to your first house party then!" Ian says smiling.

As we walk to the house, I'm getting kind of nervous. There are drunk teens everywhere. And the music is so loud that you can hear it outside! As we walk in I see that there are even more people.

"It's going to be okay Jo!" Ian says. "I hope so.." I say. "I'm going to grab a drink, you want one to?" He says gently. "Yeah, sure, just some coke or so." I say, sounding like a innocent girl. "Okay, see you in a bit!" He says.

While Ian is grabbing a drink for us I'm looking for jack. After a few minutes I see him, next to Tyler. Of course haha. I walk up to them.

"Hey jack." I scream while walking up to them. "Heeey Josephine, and... what do you think of the party?" He says smiling. "It's nice, but I'm still a little nervous tho. Especially about how I look." I say looking down. "You look amazing!! You shouldn't be so insecure about the way you look!!" He says with a polite smile. "Thank you, you look amazing too. I like your new Calvin Klein shirt and your new Nike shoes!!" I say. "Have you already met Christopher?" Jack asks with a smirk. "No, not yet. Do I want to meet him?" I ask jack. "Omg, yeah he is like perfect for you!" "Still have my doubts!" I say. "Haha you'll see it yourself when you meet him!" He says. "We'll see! I'm going back to look for Ian, he's grabbing us a drink." I say. "Okay, I'll see you later!" He says while I head back to Ian.

I walk through the crowd off people, who smell like alcohol and sweat, to see if I can find Ian. After a while i see him and walk up to him. While I'm walking someone touches my shoulder. I turn around and see him....

I'm so so so sorry that it took me so long to write a chapter. I simply didn't have the motivation and inspiration to write. Next week I have fall holiday, so I have lots of time to pick up the writing. Lots of love. Xxxx
