They say it's hard to find love at first sight, but from now on I have my doubts. I can't say that I'm in love with him already, but he makes me feel loved. Just by looking at me. And then after a split second it's already gone.

"Hi there..". I say awkwardly. Not knowing who he is. "Hi, I'm...". And before he can continue his sentence there is this girl. "CRISTOPHER WHY ARE YOU TRYING TO TALK TO OTHER GIRLS???". I hear her, I guess who is his girlfriend, screaming. "Trying?" I ask. And before he can answer he's already gone into the crowd. And I'm standing all alone again. I walk further into the crowd and then I spot Ian.

"Hey Ian!" I say. "Hi, I've been searching you for like 15 minutes!" He says. "I know, I know. I've been searching you too." I say laughing. And we both laugh for a while. "So, did you got me a drink or not?" I say teasingly. "Of course my lady, how could I forget?" He says whit a little wink. I feel my cheeks turning red. It's not that I like him.. but he just gives me some sort of feeling. I think I've got to make some girl friends.

After dancing for a couple of minutes I decide to walk around to make some friends. "Uh Ian, i hope you don't mind, but I'm going off making some friends. See you in a bit?" I ask him. "Yeah sure! You should do that I guess." He says like he doesn't want me to leave. I walk away and see a girl standing alone. I know how she's feeling so I decide to walk up on her. She has some freaking nerdy clothes on but who cares. I think she is someone who you can talk with and feel comfortable around.

"Hi I'm Josephine!" I say politely. "Heey I'm Sarah. It's funny 'cause you're the first person who wants to talk to me and not minding my nerdy look." She says really happy. "I don't want to judge someone on how he or she looks. Someone who looks really cool doesn't mean she is actually nice." I say. "Yeah you're right!" She says. 15 minutes later I decide that I want to dance again.

"Are you going to dance with me or not?" I ask. "If you insist? I'm not a good dancer though." Sarah says. "Me neither, so we will be fine. Come on!"

As we dance something really terrible happens. I bump into a girl, the girl who screamed at that guy Christopher earlier this evening?!  She's got this beautiful white dress on. And as Sarah and I are dancing I step wrong and bump into her. Her red whine falls all over her whit dress. It's funny to see it from a distance, but you should've seen the look on her face. I think if she could she would've killed me.

"WHAT DID YOU DO TO MY PERFECTLY WHIT DRESS???!!" She screams again. I sigh softly. "I'm sorry I didn't do it on purpose. I was dancing and I stepped wrong, so I bumped into you. I'm so so so sorry!" I say. I don't know if this was a honest apology or that I'm lying just to give her a good feeling. "WAIT! Are you the girl my Christopher, and I mean MY CHRISTOPHER was talking with??" She says. And then he had the perfect timing. Out of nowhere he's standing between us. "Stacy, this was not the girl I was trying to talk with. I don't even know this girl!" He says. I feel slightly offended but okay. But then he turns around and gives me a wink and makes a face written on it that I have to say something. "Yeah I don't even know who this dude is." I say. "Oh okay. Well, come on Chris. I want to go home. NOW!" Stacy says. Stacy and Christopher leave the party and I still don't know if Stacy is his girlfriend or not. But who cares it's not like I suddenly care about him after meeting him twice.

"Omg Josephine are you alright?" I hear Ian saying while walking up to me. "Yeah I'm okay. I was not impressed by her screaming." I say confidently. "Haha, I know. I saw what happened from across the room. I see you made friends.." he says. "Yeah! Sarah Ian, Ian Sarah." I say. "So you came here together! I've never been asked out by a boy, will I ever be?" Sarah says, while whispering the last sentence so you almost can't hear it. "Haha Yeah we came here, we, we are..." I say, not knowing what he expects us to be. "Close friends!" He says. "Yes. We are close friends who go to party's together!" I say. "Party's, huh?!" Ian says with a smirk on his face. "I hope so!" I say. "Okay enough chit chat. Let's grab a drink." Sarah says.

It's currently 2 am and I now mention that I haven't seen Jack anywhere tonight. So I decided to go see him.

"Jack!" I say and wave when I see him with Tyler. "Hey Josephine, do you like the party?" Tyler asks. "HaVe YOu mEt ChrIsTophEr yEt?" Jack asks slightly drunk. "Hahah yes the party is fun. And yes jack I kinda have already met Christopher." I say. "Kinda?" Jack asks. "Yeah he was with this girl Stacy, she wouldn't let him talk to me. And then I bumped into her and all the red wine came on her white dress. And before she could do anything she left with Christopher." I say. "Pff I thought he was over that Stacy girl." Tyler says. "Well that's bad news, but how was he like? Do you like him or...?" Jack asks smiling. "Yeah he was okay!" I say. I'm totally lying to myself, he was not just okay he was so handsome. "I don't believe you. We'll talk about this later." Jack says. "Okay that's fine by me. But I'm going see if I can find Ian 'cause I think I want to go home." I say. "We'll see you later!" Tyler says while I'm already heading towards the massive crowd of drunk people again.

I see Ian and Sarah standing. Sarah is looking at some boy for some reason, maybe it's her crush. "Sarah! Ian!" I scream while walking up on them. "Heey Jo!" Ian says when I'm standing beside him. "Hi Josephine!" Sarah says. "Hi, so I kinda want to go home. Are you coming Ian?" I ask. And while I ask that I see that Sarah looks really sad. "And maybe I can give you my number so that we can stay in touch! We can hang out another time!" I say to Sarah. "Yes, yes that would be nice. Thank I finally have a friend here!" She says. I laugh and give her my number. "I'll bring you home Jo!" Ian says. "Such a gentleman!" I say rolling my eyes teasingly. "I'll do everything for you my lady." Ian says while he bows. We laugh together and walk to the car.

"So how was your first house party?" Ian asks. "It was nice! Except the incident with that girl Stacy. But I had a great time! And you?" I say. "Yeah I also had a great time!

Ian's pov

"Yeah I also had a great time!" I say. She doesn't even know how much I enjoy spending time with her. Earlier when we met Sarah and we said that we were close friends something popped up on my mind. And for a split second I wanted that I could say that she was mine. That she is my girlfriend. But no she's not and I don't know if she ever will be. First I was skeptic about love. But since I've met her everything feels different. The way I look at things seems different. She's just so gorgeous. Her pretty blonde kinda gold curly hair in the wind looks so magical. And her pretty green eyes!

Josephine's pov

"Ian? Hello Ian?" I say. "Wha- what?" Ian asks. "What where you thinking about? it seemed like you were somewhere else with your thoughts." I say smiling. "Oh I'm sorry. What did you asked?" Ian asks. "Hahah I asked you what you liked the most tonight." "Ooh. Uhm the music taste was really good!" He says. "Yeah I agree!"

After a really awkward car ride we are finally at my dorm. "I had a fun time! But I'm really tired so I'm heading off to bed as soon as possible!" I say. "Hahah, you should do that. I'll see you at school Monday?" Ian asks. "Yes, see you Monday!" I say.

After 20 minutes I lay in bed, ready to fall asleep. I watched one episode of my favourite show on Netflix and after that I was immediately gone to sleep.

It's 9:00 am and someone's knocking at my door. Who could it be?
