Well,the Eighth Doctor is a very charming person.
He was only in the t.v movie of Doctor Who in 1996 and well,we see the actor in some places some of the time,too.
There's really not much to say about him. Except that he was the first doctor that ever lost his full memory and lost memory of his past companions. He was also the first doctor to ever have a romantic relationship with a companion and get kissed by a companion on the lips. Geez! Just thinking about him getting kissed by his companion is just...weird.
Well,that's all I have to say about this Doctor.
