To the mother who chose not to abort me despite her youth and a much-so-better future without me. You conceived me at the time where you could've venture better heights than you're experiencing now. There are larger opportunities and a better life without me, but you chose me. Thank you for choosing not to abort me. Thank you for keeping and nurturing me. I was able to see the wonderful world that I am in right now.

I'm a pain in the ass and will never be the perfect daughter you ever have (maybe my siblings can do that part, I think I am meant to be a badass blacksheep! Hahaha). I made you cry so many times and never did I tell you how much I love you and how much I need you, nor did I make you feel those things. But don't worry, I will always be reminded of the things you nag, like the laundry I never washed neatly and the house I only clean when I'm in the mood. The way I iron clothes will never be the same as yours and the dishes I learned to cook will never be as yummy as the ones you've cooked.

You are one of the most precious persons in my life. To be honest, I hate it when you cry. I also hate it when I'm the reason behind those tears. I can't promise not to make you cry anymore because I'm such a bully daughter. But I promise that I'll be with you through the good and bad days, pestering you with the things that you usually hate (Haha!) Consider that as an expression of love.

We'll be there on your menopausal stage, trying not to be pissed with your PMS-ing mode. Lol. And we'll be there when your hair finally turns white. Grow very old, okay? We're still going to spoil you and Papa with everything we can afford to give. I, Lelen, Shiem, Lyka, Clouie and Kat-kat will try to be the children you can be proud of. Someday, you'll see.

Happy mother's day, Mama. We love you, we're just hiding it. Haha. Kidding aside, we really do.
