"Again?" I asked with confusion. "Y/n L/n...how don't you remember me?" He asked with sorrow. "I-I" I stuttered. "O-Of course...how could I forget what he did to you.." he gritted under his teeth. "What?" I whispered. "I-" he sighed. "Well..I have to hurry before he gets back...back when we were like ...I don't know..elementary school. We were neighbors!" He smiled that faintly turned to a frown. "We would hang out everyday, we were best friends...until he got jealous...by he..I mean Dark." My face was frozen with shock. "One night he snuck into your room and watched you sleep...he loved you. A-and I did too...your mother came in and saw him. A-after that...she...she made my family and I move away..to Cincinnati in Ohio...later on we found out that your mother took you to a private place where they brainwashed you to forget all about Dark and I..." he sighed with painful tears forming in his eyes. "Everyday, Dark would go out looking for you..until just last month he found you...he's been watching you ever since..and not that long ago..he didn't want me to get in the way so..he locked me up. Just like that...and here I am.." he explained trying not to crack his voice while some tears fell down his cheek here and there. "M-Mark I-" I was cut off by a door slamming open.

    "What are you doing in here!?" You could hear his voice for miles. "D-" "shut it!" He growled. Mark lifted his head up. "D-Dark...it's not her fault..I called he- "you...what?" He questioned slowly walking towards us with his hands behind his back. "H- NO! I was just curious and found myself up here!" I yelled. He's not taking the blame. "Your gonna wish he did~" he said in a seductive way. Shivers fell down my spine as goosebumps formed on my arms. "Dark! Leave her out of this it's my fault! I was making noise and she was just curious, I was asking for her to come up here!" Mark yelled.

   Marks POV

Luckily Dark can't read my mind, he is my alto ego that I had since I was a kid, I'm immune to it. I loved Y/n to much for him to hurt her. A faint growl came from Darks lips as he gripped onto Y/n's wrist and dragged her towards the door. On the way she resisted and pulled back reaching out for me. "Y/n!" I yelled pulling onto the chains that were pulling me closer to the pole. She yelled back for me. "MARK!". Her voice squeaking broke my heart. "I love you..." she mouthed the words. More warm stinging tears fell down my eyes.

~Time Skip~

  It's been a few days since I seen Y/n. I hope she's ok..I hope he didn't...hurt her. I felt the need to cry. I did. I'm such a baby.

    Y/n POV

I laid in the soft bed I slept in the first night I came here. I couldn't stop thinking of Mark. Memories of torturous things happened the night I left the basement along with Dark. I looked down at my wrists and arms that had cuts along them, especially my stomach and my shoulder. They still sting to the touch. I sighed as I fell back onto the bed as my head touched the fluffy pillow. I looked down at my hand as the marking 'D' shown bright in red. I groaned. (A/N: every time it glows red that means Darks calling you if he's to lazy/it also slightly burns) I slid out of bed and trudged down stairs to see Dark drinking coffee.
Please don't hurt me again...I mumbled to myself forgetting he can read my mind. I watched as he looked up at me from his mug with a devilish smirk spreading wide and proudly across his face. My heart sank at that moment.
