"That was good Brayden!" Johnny smiled as he gave the young koala a pat on the head "You keep getting better and better every time I see you!" Johnny spoke proudly "That's because your an awesome teacher, Mr Johnny!" Brayden giggled as he gave Johnny a hug, Johnny chuckled and hugged the little koala back. "Brayden, lunch is ready." Brayden's mother called from the kitchen "Coming mom!" Brayden squealed excitedly as he ran into the kitchen, Johnny followed behind. Brayden's mother turned and looked at Johnny "Thanks' again for teaching him to play the piano." She said sweetly. Johnny let out a small chuckle "It's my job, Patricia." Johnny said as he looked at her "I know, Brayden is so inspired by you. He said to me that he wants to be exactly like you when he grows up." Patricia laughed which made Johnny smile "How's Ash doing?" Patricia asked as she began drying dishes.
Johnny sighed "I honestly wish good at the moment but...we had a fight this morning..." Johnny trailed off "Again? What was it about this time?" Patricia said shaking her head "Just...these dreams I've been having, she kept telling me to go and talk to my dad about it but she doesn't get it...he won't know what to do. He'll probably just tell me the lamest thing and expect me to get over it." Johnny huffed, rolling his eyes. Patricia looked at Johnny "How bad was the fight...if you don't mind me asking, Johnny?" Patricia asked raising an eyebrow "Well...I left half way through it...so...I guess Ash is pretty upset..." Johnny sighed "Mhmm..." Patricia nodded. "Maybe try listening to her advice?" Patricia added, Johnny looked at her and nodded "She kept going on about how I always cut her off and never let her finish." Johnny said as he looked at Brayden who was busy eating. Patricia nodded "Maybe hear what she has to say, go along with it, have your own say or don't even bother listening or trying what she has to suggest. But Johnny, honestly stop cutting the poor girl off when she's trying to speak." Patricia joked as she walked over to Johnny. Johnny nodded "Thank you Patricia." "Anytime, Johnny." Patricia smiled.
~Few hours past and Johnny goes back home~
Johnny opened the door and shut it quietly. The kitchen light was on which made it obvious that Ash was still awake. Johnny walked into the kitchen to see Ash washing up the dishes, slowly, he walked up behind her and hugged her from behind. Startled, Ash turned around and looked at Johnny "Hey..." Johnny spoke softly, his head hanging low "Hey, how was work?" Ash smiled as she stood back and looked at Johnny "It was good...I guess..." Johnny said, his head still hanging low. Confusedly, Ash walked towards him. "Did something happen-" "I wanna go see my dad tomorrow...I-I need to talk to him about...t-the dream I've been having lately...would you call up Nana to ask if we could see them tomorrow?" Johnny asked quietly. Ash nodded and smiled "I-I'm sorry, Ash." Johnny looked at Ash and smiled slightly. "It's fine Johnny. Go wash up and get ready for bed." Ash said, returning to the dishes. Johnny nodded and headed to the bathroom.
