Life.

The silence of that night
After the first rain drizzled
It was calm and peaceful
And shattering my world.

It's one A.M and you're awake
In the cold wind of the night
With all your future in your head
And what is wrong and what is right

What has become of this life
What once was the most beautiful
How do you get out of this puddle
This wormhole with only nothingness to fill.

How do you survive
When you forget how to breathe
And momentarily or so
The world is a strange belief

What do I do now
When I know this is no battle
No war to claim my victory
Only scars to show survival

Its the most precious thing ever
But it has its own price
Because however much the sun shines
It's a dark place this life.
