Chapter eight

*Olivia's POV*

"What's the good news?....."
I grabbed Johnson's hand and squeezed it.
"You get to leave the hospital tonight!"
Johnson smiled at me, but I looked right back at the doctor.
"And the bad news?"
He set his clipboard down and walked closer to my bed.
"You'll have to have surgery to replace most of your spine in a couple of weeks, the impact crushed it, which also means Tull be wearing a back brace for a while......"
I let out a couple tears. Johnson hugged me, I really needed that.
"I'll leave you two be for now"
The doctor left the room.
"The guys just texted me, asked me how you were!"
"Send a picture!"
I suggested.

*Johnson's POV*

Johnson: Olivia's doing great guys check it out!
Johnson:

Shark: awe! I miss my little bean!!!!😁💕
Hayes: when does she get out??????💕
Johnson: today actually! But she has to go back in a couple weeks😭😁❤
Tay: awwwwwwww💕
G: she looks so adorable!!!!!❣️
Matt: we miss you guys!!!!!!!❤
Carter: ❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️
Johnson added Cam to the chat
Cam: hey....... sorry I've been crappy lately I just needed time to think, I'll see you guys later at the party at Johnson's, but trust me I'm sorry, Johnson, tell Olivia I said, hey, and that I hope she gets better!❤
Johnson: thanks Cam......
Aaron: I'll see you guys later!!
Nash: tell my little bean I love and miss her!!!!
Johnson: she said she loves and misses you guys too! And we'll see you all later!!!

I set my phone down on the bed tray.
"What do you wanna do?"
"Why don't we watch some movies until I get to leave?"
"Great idea! What movie?"
"God's NOT Dead?!"
I smiled brightly.
"I'll go get us some snacks!"

*Time skip*

*Olivia's POV*

I woke up, it was 7:30 pm I was able to leave at 8:00! Johnson had fallen sleep in the chair.
"Johnson?!"
He sat upright.
"Yeah? What's up?"
"I'm gonna get ready to leave"
"Okay! I'll help you"
Johnson helped me sit up, my back was REALLY sore, which only made sense since my spine is screwed.

Since I didn't have any clothes Johnson had run to my house to grab some. He brought back a grey shirt with a blue design in the right corner and some adidas black joggers, I didn't do anything to my hair and I only put on some light mascara and foundation, then I was ready to go.

Johnson helped me down the elevator, I had in my back brace, it was a metal and foam wrap in the front with three spines in the back holding me in place, it sucked, but I wanted everyone to be happy.

I knew that they were all worried about me, I could overhear Johnson, he mutters when he reads...

"Can I try walking in my own?"
I asked trying to let go of Johnson's grip.
"Alright but be careful"
He let go, I straightened back as much as I could and walked forward.

"I'm doing it!"
Johnson smiled.
"I'm so proud of you!"
I smiled back at him, I wobbled a little bit and Johnson rushed back to my side.

"I love you babe!"
I said kissing his cheek.
"I love you too!"

We checked out and headed home.
"Are you up for my party tonight?"
"If there's a place to sit!"
He smiled that dorky smile.
"Of course my queen!"
We both laughed it off, he decided to let me change then we would head to his house.

*Time skip*

I decided to wear a tight white dress with different color patterns with light beach waves hair, and white high heels to match.

"You look hot!"
Johnson said as I walked out, he met me at the hallway to help me to the door. I kissed him longingly, we kissed for about 5 minutes, then I pulled away.

"Come on! We can't be late to your own party!"
He laughed.
"Okay let's go!"

*Time skip*

We had finally made it to his party, there were a lot of people there I sat wherever Johnson went, even though I was benched, I was having a great time.

"I'm gonna run to the bathroom!"
I screamed to a drunk Johnson.
"Okay!!!!!"

I grabbed onto anything sturdy so I wouldn't fall, there were some people saying hi to me, I had run into some of the guys, some who were drunk, and then other people too!

But this one group of girls, who I didn't recognize, kept giving me dirty looks wherever I went, but I ignored them.

After I came out of the bathroom I went back over to the pool table, but Johnson was gone, I ran into Shawn.

"My little bean!"
He said hugging me.
"SHARK!"
I said hugging tighter.
"Have you seen Johnson?"
I asked concerned.
"I thought I saw him go upstairs!"
"Thanks shark, call ya later?!"
"Defiantly!"

I made my way over to the stairs and walked up.
"Johnson?!"
I called, I heard what sounded like his voice in one of the rooms, I peeked in.

"No!......."
I whispered to myself, I slammed the door shut, then fell to the floor crying..................
