I opened the front door as my best friend finally arrived at my home. My smile grew and I immediately jumped on him, swinging my arms around his neck.

"I missed you too, girl!" He laughs as I was squeezing his body between my arms. I checked him out when I let go of him.

Holy Jesus, his highlighter is making me blind.

"Your highlighter is brighter than my future, Daniel. Holy shit." I laughed while closing the front door. My parents weren't home like usual. Only me and my little brother, Troye, and now my best friend Daniel are here.

Daniel just arrogantly smiled at me because of my compliment on his highlighter.

"Anyway! How was your date with Stephen?" I asked curiously when we went up to my room. Most of the time him and I gossiped around while hanging out in my room.

"I think I like him, Soph." He blushed and I jumped up and down while smiling like a creep. I'm so happy for him, seriously!

"Get the D." I fist  his shoulder and he just raised his eyebrows to answer. I threw myself on my bed; when I saw all the books and school stuff messed around my room I could pull all of my hair out. I'm so pressured because of my finals and I'm praying all day just to pass them.

"Talking about the D, where is Jayce?" He asked me as he checked my make-up up. Yes, Daniel is using my make up instead of his.

Though he has his own collection of many brands in his own room just a few doors next to mine, he still takes mine. Daniel is living at my house since his parents didn't accept him for being gay, but he's getting better with his Dad. But I believe that everything will turn back to normal.  We just have to change the opinion of his mom.

"Doing work with his dad and siblings, what-else?"

"Studying for finals, maybe?" When Daniel mentioned studying related to Jayce I couldn't help but chuckle.

"You forget of what family he's coming from right? He has a 'future' already ahead of him. Illegal but still. He doesn't -"

"Sophia, I'm leaving with Kyle." My twin brother Troye informed also interrupting me but I just rolled my eyes.

"Cool, Troye? Why are you even telling me as if you listen to-" he didn't let me finish but slammed my door which caused Daniel to laugh at me.

"Kyle won't give up, right?"

"Fuck no! It's so pressuring and I just want to cry, seriously. He's not leaving me alone and keeps coming around to impress my family. Like we all know that my parents are head over heels with the thought of us being together but I'm with Jayce! I hate the fact that they can't accept our relationship just because our families are enemies- ughhh!!!" I let a scream out and hid my head deeply in my pillow.

I hate being in this family. My parents own the most successful lawyers office around USA and Canada. Kyle's family has always been good friends with mine and they love the thought of us being in a relationship. But he's crazy, obsessed and insane. When he found out about Jayce and I; Jayce beat the shit out of him, since Kyle didn't leave me alone.

Didn't mind though. He gets what he deserved.

They know Jayce, and what kind of business his family is in. I don't ask much, nor does want to tell me much. He's doing shit, I know that. But I love him. Jayce and I have known each other from High School and he always had a crush on me. I never was interested but it kind of happened and I can't live without him now.
