Today I get our of bed, put jeans, a tank top on, put my hair up into a ponytail that hangs all the way down to my lower back. I don't need to go to school today. I'm 18 and I'll be having the day off, my day is all planned out. First I will have the best breakfast ever, go shop for a nice dress for my ceremony tonight, go to lunch with Jane, go home put my dress on and wear it to my ceremony. Walking to my table I order French toast, scrambled eggs, and bacon. I take my food over to my balcony and eat there but I can't help but stare at our 10:00 a.m. bright sunny weather shining down on the glass city. I sigh and keep eating my wonderful breakfast.

I'm walking down the street to my favorite and most expensive shop I know, "Le Beau Palais." In store I scan around the room looking for a dress that fits me for who I am. Nothing, nothing, nothing and nothing. I leave the shop disappointed I walked on the sidewalks until I see an antique shop. I might as well try there, going inside it smells old and musty. Again I scan until I see it. It's a very light color of pink that flows down to my knees, if i were to wear it. I grab it gently and walk over to the cashier. He seems to be a 60 year old man, sitting behind a desk, and deeply snoring.

"Excuse me," I say softly, didn't work. This time I cough loudly. This seems to wake him up in a jolt with him muttering something under his breath.

"Um, I would like to buy this dress," I say sheepishly.

"Oh, okay my dear, place it on the counter," he replies a little embarrassed, "You know this is from the year 2,305, it's a wonderful choice."

"Really? That old?" I ask astounded, "thank you."

"Yes, you're welcome hun," he says giving me a sweet and kind smile, "that'll be 30 credits- you know what hun, you can have it for free."

"Really?" I ask surprised.

"Yeah, I was supposed to giving it away," he answers.

"Thank you so much," I say smiling while he smiles back, the dress in a bag and pressing a button on the side of the bag compressing is to pocket size. I grab it, place it in my pocket, and walk out of the store.

Next on my list is finally, eat lunch with Jane. When I get to the restaurant we planned to meet I see her sitting at the outside tables, eating breadsticks she sees me and smiles widely, I copy her face gesture and resist the temptation to run to the table and hug her. So I fast walk until after what seems like forever and sit down while grabbing a breadstick and stuff it in my mouth.

"So what's the surprise? I ask quickly.

"My goodness girlie, calm down, be patient, that comes last." she replies merrily.

"Ugh, okay," I groan disappointed.

" In the meantime have you gotten your ceremony dress?" she asks curiously.

"Yup," I answer as I pull it out from my pocket.

"Yay, can I see it?" Jane asks.

"Of course,' I reply while pressing the button. I watch as the bag grows back to its original size. Jane pulls it out of the bag.

"It is so gorgeous!" she states with her eyes wide open and a wide grin on her face.

"Thank you," I answer, feeling my face heat up a little. Then, we both order Penne Pasta with chicken and asparagus.

After the meal Jane grabs something. She places a beautiful old piece of paper with ancient writing all over it and another two pieces of paper, not as beautiful, but the writing looks new so I assume she must have hand written it. All I can do is sing in awe.

"This old one is a poem called "Dark World" by Austin Low, this newer one I had to rewrite, but this one is a VERY famous play call "Romeo and Juliet" by a man named William Shakespeare thousands of years ago." Jane explains just as fascinated as I am. I grab the play first.
