q: how does it feel to be the first openly gay baseball player?
a: being gay is something i've always struggled with because i've never really fit that stereotype. i don't paint my nails or hang out with girls (not saying all gay guys do, that's just what society makes being gay out to be), so it was difficult for me to come to terms with who i am, which is patrick stump. i don't fit any stereotype, i'm just me. and being able to say that i'm the first gay baseball player that doesn't give a shit about what people think makes me pretty fucking happy.

q: how did it feel to take pete's gay-ginity?
a: it was very special to me because pete had never felt that way about any other guy before. and to say i'm the first man - & hopefully the only - that's gotten to have pete that way makes it even more special.

q: do you have an idea for a career after your retire from baseball, and are you going out for any major league teams when you finish college?
a: i'm double-majoring in psychology and english currently, and if the whole baseball thing doesn't work out, i'm thinking about law school so that i'll have three backup plans. as for the major league teams, the cubs will always have a special place in my heart, but the mariners are probably my number one team at the moment because washington's become my second home.

q: how did pete 'feel'?
a: omg. (( he was a virgin(!!!) it was fucking amazing. best sex i've had in a while, if i'm honest. ))

q: do you want to marry pete?
a: of course i do. the promise ring i got him is my personal promise to him that i will always love him. i hope to replace that ring with a bigger one and ask him to be my husband sometime in the future.

q: you should start a band called fall out boy and kill people with that soul voice of yours. also what is it like to date pete? and can you be my dad?
a: fallout boy ... like that guy from the simpson's? that's kind of a weird name for a band, don't you think? dating pete is great. he's such a great person, and he genuinely cares about me. as for the dad part,,,,, you can call me daddy😏

q: love ya lil bean. if you and pete will adopt kids, will you adopt me?
a: hahahah call me daddy! but seriously if pete and i adopt kids, we'll look into it.

q: on a scale from one to 'holy fuck sign me up now', how ready are you to marry pete?
a: holy fuck sign me up now accurately describes how much i want to marry pete at this exact second. but marriage is a big step, and seeing him react the way he did about the promise ring makes me wonder if i should consider proposing to him ... getting turned down would probably ruin our relationship.

q: do you believe your relationship with pete is slightly toxic for him? if it is, why would you stay with him when there are other fish in the sea? (i love you two together, i'm just asking professional questions)
a: i do believe that pete and i have hurt each other quite a lot, but we always gravitate back to one another. sure, there are other fish in the sea, but all of the guys i've been with before pete meant almost nothing to me. i don't think i could let pete go or stand to see him with anyone else.
