Juliette awoke the following morning with a sharp yet familiar pain on her neck, groaning she rolled out of bed and screamed, jumping onto her feet and throwing everything she could at the Russian Guardian who stood by the window, on a chair reading a book. "HOLY SWEET MOTHER OF JESUS!" she screamed. Dimitri quickly stood up and dodged everything she threw at him but wasn't expecting her connect with his cheek. "Don't do that! I don't like having people I don't really know in my room." she told him her cheeks flaming red.

"I'm sorry, I just wanted to make sure everything was alright with you after Jesse bit you. Headmistress's orders." Dimitri said rubbing his cheek as he saw that Juliette was looking down, sighing he placed a hand on her shoulder, the hand that held his American Old West novel, Juliette nodded at him and smiled slightly "Thank you for staying with me and helping me Guardian Belikov." she told him, Dimitri nodded and walked to the door, "The headmistress wants to know how you are so I suggest you get dressed and head to her office." Dimitri said smiling at her. Juliette smiled back at him and as soon as the door closed she giggled and chewed on her bottom lip with a smile, on the other side of the door Dimitri chuckled lowly to himself and shook his head, he knew that he couldn't fall in love with her because of their age gap and because he was her teacher and mentor, sighing he continued to read his book.

Juliette quickly showered and pulled her hair into a bun before walking out to the hallway fully dressed in the uniform, "I'm ready." she beamed at him holding a piece of paper and started walking in the headmistress's office. "Calm down Juliette." Dimitri chuckled as he walked next to her. "I want to go see if Lissa is alright, so the faster I get this over with the faster I'll be by her...." the azure eyed girl said before gasping as her eyes glazed over.

Lissa was in her room looking around when she saw the cloth that had been on her best friend's neck that day, seeing it soaked in blood.

"Juliette?" Kirova asked as she saw the girl standing there, coming back to reality the dark raven haired girl looked at the head mistress and extended the hand that contained the telegram that was for her, "What is this?" Kirova asked "My dad sent this one for you." Juliette nodded before Alberta asked "How are you feeling today?" Juliette's hand flew to her neck and a slightly pained expression flew to her face, "I'm good, I can't wait to train tonight and lets see the bright side at least it wasn't a Strigoi." she said teasingly causing a small smile to grace everyone's lips.

The headmistress walked to her desk and read the telegram, "Very well I'll see what can be arranged, shall you take a Guardian?" Kirova asked, "No need Head mistress, I'll be safe at home, I believe not many Strigoi know me." Juliette said standing in front of the desk with her hands behind her back. "Very well is Vasilissa staying?" the moroi asked to which Juliette giggled and said "Yes, the last time that she and my brothers were together I ended up with blue hair for nearly 3 months and I would very much appreciate if it didn't happen again." the Moroi nodded and said "Very well you may go Juliette."

"Pipe down. Let's pick up where we left off. After the tribunals in Romania..." The teacher said as soon as Juliette joined Natalie and Lissa in the classroom, Mia was passing a note in clear view of the teacher causing him to say "Mia! You're usually a lot better at passing on notes. Having an off-day?" The blonde pixie like moroi held the paper slightly in front of her and said in a fake tone that instantly angered both Lissa and Juliette, "Oh, no, Mr. Meisner, please don't read this note out loud, I beg of you." The air magic moroi makes the paper fly from the blonde girl to his hand and reads. 'I'll bet that drama queen...I mean, drama princess, killed that fox herself to distract the school from her real secret.'"

"Don't go on." Mia teased pretending to be innocent, "Mr. Meisner, you're being used as a tool to broadcast Mia's vile propaganda." Lissa said trying to remain her calm 'Can I kill her please, she's getting on my nerves.' Juliette asked Lissa through their bond but Lissa shook her head. "Are you calling me a tool?" Mr Mesiner asked accusingly causing Mia to smirk at Lissa " If she's not, I will, Professor Mia apparently has a few loose screws in that mindless head of hers, if she didn't she'd mind her own damn business and not go sniffing around for new gossip like a dog, she was trouble and I could gladly give her some with your permission."Juliette growled causing Lissa to grab her hand sending calming thoughts to her best friend.

"Absolutely not and mind your manners Kingsley. Now I'm curious. 'So, it turns out the reason that Lissa survived so long on the outside is she used Juliette as a personal feed bag.'" the professor said and everyone started whispering and looking at the duo, Natalie looked at her friends and unbeknownst to them smirked at the new information. "Settle down! Dhampir-Moroi mastication is a very serious allegation. I'm gonna pretend I never read this. Everyone turn to page three of your handout." the teacher said. "But, Mr. Meisner, you left out the best part. About me and my boy, Jesse, and that Dhamp tramp last night." a boy sitting next to Jesse said.

'Jules what is he talking about?' Lissa asks her best friend, who had gone ghost pale and her voice came just over a whisper "W...What?" Ryan laughed at her expression along with Mia, Jesse and the rest of the gang as Lissa searched her best friend's mind to see what was wrong and what caused her to freeze in fear "Truth hurts, blood whore." Ryan called out seconds before he went up in flames that quickly turned blue, ice flames, everyone was looking at a flame engulfed Ryan that they didn't see the pale white, azure eyed, raven haired Dhampir slip backwards from her chair and collapse on the floor. "Christian, cut it out!" The teacher shouted, the flames quickly turned back to red then extinguished as the teacher added "Kindly report to Headmistress Kirova's office, Mr. Ozera. Down the hall, turn left." "Like I need directions." Christian said.

After he left the professor looked around the class and asked "Where is Miss Kingsley?" everyone looked around and when Lissa and Natalie's eyes landed on Juliette's passed out figure on the floor they sprang to their feet, everyone watched as the two girls and teacher tried to wake up the out cold girl, "I'll take her to the Infirmary, you can go check her when class is over princesses." Dimitri said as he walked towards them from the back of the class, Lissa nodded and asked "Can you stay with her until I get there please? And I want to know everything that happened." Dimitri nodded and once again picked the girl up taking her to the Infirmary.
