Classes ended and Lissa made her way to the Infirmary, she was speed walking and as soon as she had the room number that Juliette was in she flew inside and tackled her best friend in a hug, a bear hug. Juliette groaned having a needle in her arm and her best friend jumping on her, "Princess you need to be careful, we are giving her some more blood to replace the one she lost." a nurse said, Dimitri looked at the two girls and smiled slightly from behind his book, "Lost? What do you mean? Does it have anything to do with what happened in class?" Lissa asks her.

Juliette looks away from her best friend not wanting to talk about it but as soon as Lissa's gaze landed on the Guardian in the room, Dimitri sighed and said "Juliette was force fed on by Mr. Zeklos yesterday before we went to you, she was going to see if you were alright when Mr Zeklos jumped on her and forced her to make out with her and force fed on her, we don't know how much blood he drank but we know it was enough for Juliette not to be able to restore with the amount of sleep she had. This led her to faint earlier today." 

Lissa sat next to Juliette and said "So that's how they know..." Juliette nodded feeling ashamed that people found out about their feeding arrangements, "Teenage boys are weak and sweaty piglets. It is our covenant... don't worry about it, look Christian wanted to talk to me I'll be right back, as soon as we finish talking." Lissa said, 'Don't worry I don't blame you about anything, they were bound to find out, please don't feel like this is your fault Jules.' Lissa tells her their bond while kissing her forehead before leaving. 'I'm still sorry.' Juliette answered the same way. She then grabbed the American Old west novel that Dimitri had finished and said she could read if she wanted.

"Ненавижу больницы." (I hate hospitals.) Juliette said in Russian under her breath, Dimitri who had been quietly been reading his book looked at the novice in front of him and said "You know and speak Russian." his eye brow raised, Juliette hummed and said "Visited Russia when I was younger, my younger brothers were born there actually, mom and dad were on business there, when mom had this idea of adopting another kid but when she and dad saw Adam and Percy they fell in love. During the 2 years we lived there I learnt Russian and although it's a bit rusty I still know how to speak and write." nodding Dimitri turned back to his book as Juliette turned the page of hers, a small smile on their faces.

Suddenly Mason entered the room and asked "Is it true?" Juliette lowered her book slightly and said "You're gonna have to be more specific, Mason." "Jesse and Ray, and not just hooking up, fanging up. They claim they fed while..." Mason trailed off looking at her, "Absolutely not...Well, actually, Jesse did feed from me..." she started to tell him but he interrupted by saying "Where there's smoke, there's fire." Juliette looked at him hurt and said "Leave fire out of this." "You girls throw yourselves at any douche bag who happens to be Moroi and royal. I thought you were different." Mason told her looking at her as she still held the book hiding the view of the bandage on her neck.

Juliette was now completely offended and Dimitri could tell, he however couldn't do anything because the nurse threatened that she would throw out anyone who disturbed her patients. "Whoa, Duckie. I was force fed on by Jesse yesterday when I went to check on Lissa, Jesse, Ryan and I never hooked up, they were lying." Juliette told him shutting the book a bit harshly which made Dimitri raise a brow at her with a small smirk. "Ohh I'm sorry..." Mason said looking at her neck. "No problem let's just be happy that it wasn't a strigoi." she said with a slight smile trying to make him laugh, it worked because he chuckled and said "Yeah I would hate to kill my best friend." 

Juliette laughed at the faces he made her as he left the room before Dimitri said "You know you put every single one of your friend in front of yourself, like you care more for them that for your own well being." his Russian accent rolling down his tongue sending shivers down Juliette's spine. "So I've been told." she told him, Dimitri nods and goes back to reading his book while Juliette is pulled into Lissa's head.

"You should thank me for changing the news cycle.It took something epic to take animal death and blood whoring off the Vampire Academy front page." Christian said leaning against the church's wall. 'FUCKING HELL HE LOOKS SO GOOD. KISS HIM BEFORE I DO IT MYSELF.' Juliette shouted in Lissa's making the blonde answer 'You have a Russian Guardian, who is hot and likes you, like you like him and don't you dare deny it.' "Please don't say 'Vampire Academy' I find the term to be quite... You set someone on fire!" Lissa scolded him making Juliette laugh in her seat on the bed. 

"Come on. Did you see any burn marks on him? Now whoever killed that fox is going to feel the real heat." Christian said standing away from the all, "Is this your idea of chivalry?" Lissa asked him flipping her hair over her shoulder, "You did not just flip your hair back. That's your move. She's flirting, folks." Juliette said out loud making Dimitri understand what was going on, 'Go get him tiger.' Juliette encouraged "If we used our magic as a weapon, instead of just for warm and fuzzy classroom exercises, the Strigoi wouldn't be picking us off." Christian said looking at her. "Yes, but the rules forbid..." Lissa starts making Juliette laugh once again and Christian say teasingly "The rules? Lissa, I've seen the way you tilt your head from time to time." the blonde said softly at him " I'm very sure I don't know what you're talking about." Christian chuckled and said "Hey, compulsion must have been a necessity in the outside world." "You can't know all my secrets. Yet." Lissa said looking quite teasingly at the raven haired Moroi in front of her. 

Suddenly the music that announces that the Moroi Queen were heard and snapped Juliette back to reality. "Queen Tatiana?" she asked and Dimitri nodded just as a nurse entered "You're all clear, I have your results of the blood analyses and Kirova will tell you this weekend. When you get your molnija mark." she said making the other two in the room. 

"I hope I did not take you too much by surprise,but sometimes your queen awakens with a need to look upon her lovelies." Queen Tatiana says once she gets inside the room. "Where's Vasilisa?Vasilisa Dragomir? Please come up and let me see the princess." She asked and as Lissa was walking to the podium she said "Not a day goes by where we don't lament the loss of your parents and your brother. The Dragomir name represents the finest of Moroi qualities. While you, Vasilisa Dragomir,the last of the Dragomir line... if you are our future, I am less than impressed. The power that comes from royal blood must be used responsibly. While you... you give us dead animals, blood games, escapes to Oregon. Shameful!" The queen says making Juliette frown and glare at the queen, "Queen Tatiana, I can explain." Lissa starts but the queen biatch says "Shh, shh, shh.Not now, dear. However, I have every confidence that our dear Vasilisa will turn things around. Now, let us adjourn to the banquet hall."
