I woke up to find Oxplu and Nasctavi had gone away. I wasn't so surprised so I changed into an outfit more comfortable. I put on some black leggings and a red T-shirt with the word Petric written on the front in white writing.

I heard Joey snoring really loudly. It was really annoying. If it wasn't for him hating being woke u, I would have marched right in there and made him quit snoring. I went into his room to check on him, I looked inside his crib and he wasn't there. I checked downstairs in the living room and there he was, playing quietly with some toys. What? I thought.

I went back upstairs and there it was again! As I neared my room the snoring got louder and louder. I went into my room and my homework was on the floor all ripped up! I quickly got on my hands and knees and picked it up. Chew marks.

What could have gone into my room and chewed up my homework? We don't have any pets except a small goldfish names Lola. But she couldn't chew up homework! I heard the snoring and snorting again and I thought Jim must be pulling a prank on me.

"Jim!" I screamed at the top of my lungs. "Jim over here now!"

Jim walked in smirking and his hands in his pockets. He had dark brown hair and green eyes. "What do you want Hay." He said annoyed.

"Did you rip up my homework! Get that snoring noise out of my room!" I yelled as I covered my ears.

"What are you talking about? I'm leaving." He grunted and left. I could tell when he was lying, and he wasn't lying. He didn't know. I lied down on my bed and the grunting and snoring noises started getting to me.

I felt something cold and wet touch my toes. At first, I thought It was a leak in the roof because it was raining, but then I heard the leak grunt. I sprung up and looked down at my feet. Sitting there sniffing me was a small pink pig.

"A pig!" I yelled. I picked the tiny thing up and cradled it like a child. It was so small I bet it could fit in my shoe. Nasctavi, I thought. They must have given the pig to me.

"Your name will be. . . Dumpling." I held the pig to my cheek  and kissed him.
