This had reached a new level of weird. She was now sharing a room with her crush's mom and blushing at the sight of his dad.
Ugh.Alice Fortescue, Marlene McKinnon, and Lily Evans were her roommates. Last night they had stayed up half the night talking about their backstories, Ginny forced to make up the whole thing.
"So, why did your parents decide to pull you out of homeschool?" Lily asked.
Alice scooted closer, "I would love to be homeschooled, I mean, I like you all, but I don't like school."
"I hate my parents, so" Marlene shuddered, "that would be torture."
Ginny stared down at her hands, thinking hard.
"Girls, shh," Lily said, "You're not letting Ginny talk."
"Oh, sorry."
Ginny looked up and shook her head, "It's okay, Alice. I didn't really like being homeschooled, I wanted the chance to make friends, and be out of under my parents' thumbs. It took a year to convince them to let me come here, but I won out eventually. Unfortunately, Draco convinced his parents at the same time. So we're here together."
"Why 'unfortunately'?" Marlene asked, smirking, "He's hot."
Ginny made a face, "I didn't realize being a walking, talking trashcan was hot now."
Alice coughed, "James Potter."
Lily's eyes narrowed, "I'm with Ginny on this one. Why is that attractive?"
"Oh, never mind. You two are hopeless." Marlene flopped back onto her bed, a dreamy look on her face, "Bad boys will forever be hot."
"Hardly." Lily sighed, "I'm going to sleep."
"Sweet dreams," Ginny muttered.
"Of James Potter," Alice added.
Lily groaned. "Oh, shut up, Ali."
(A.N: I am sooo sorry if this chapter sucked, I am very uninspired, but I will try to update more frequently.)
