The weeks past, slowly turning into months. As the time past, Draco seemed to drift more and more to the Slytherins. Peter often saw him hanging out with Regulus in the library, or getting help with potions from Snape. So much for being one of the group.

Ginny, too, rarely talked to Peter and his friends anymore. Mostly she hung out with Lily, Marlene, and Alice, especially avoiding James.

Peter was a bit disappointed by this. To his own surprise, he missed Draco's company most. He missed Draco's constant complaining about being in Gryffindor. He even missed his annoyance with the other boys' crap.

Speaking of which...

"How about Sirius and the Sluts?"

Remus sighed. "We're twelve, Sirius."

"Alliteration, Remus. It's an art form."

"Barely."

"Oh yeah? Have you ever heard of Edgar Allen Poe and his 'Doubting, dreaming dreams no mortal ever dared to dream before'?"

"Since when are you an expert in literature?"

"Ol' EAP was a famous wizard, a distant relative. My cousin Andromeda is obsessed."

"Oh." Remus looked impressed. "If you want to have an alliterated name, we could be The Daring Dreams."

"That's...awful."

"Okay, but we haven't mentioned the best name ever. James Potter and his Pranksters."

"Oh, for Merlin's Sake, James." Sirius banged his head on the table. "It's so boring."

"What about the Barmy Blokes? That seems to fit you four the best." Draco dropped a pile of books on his bed.

James laughed. "Draco! Long time, no see. Where've you been?"

"Hanging with cooler people than you lot," Draco smirked. "Doesn't seem like I've missed much. Three weeks have passed and you're still talking about a name."

"Well, maybe if you helped..."

Draco didn't miss a beat. "The Marauders." After a brief pause, he explained. "My dad used to always talk about a group of marauders that annoyed him all through school, and they sounded pretty cool.

"The Marauders..." James mused. "Sounds good to me."

Sirius jumped up, "We're official! We have a name now and we're officially the worst team up that has ever been to Hogwarts!" He fell back onto his bed, laughing maniacally.

Peter sidled over to Draco, "Time travel saves the day again," he whispered.

Draco smiled. "You're not half-bad, Peter. Not half-bad."
