When a prank goes wrong, 8 friends find themselves fighting for their lives on top of St Charles mountain. After a few of them find a cave system below the mountain, they discover that it's not only a crazed serial killer they have to worry about.
Freddie grabs Danielle's hand as she jumps down from the trunk of a fallen tree. Complaining about how late it is, she yawns and says that they should be in bed by now.
"Believe me, if we were at the cabin in bed, we wouldn't be doing a lot of sleeping." Freddie jokes.
Danielle giggles and continues walking through the snow. After a few yards, they both look up and see the fire tower blowing in the wind.

"Finally!" Freddie shouts, picking up his pace.
The two get to the bottom of the tower and start heading up the stairs, but as they do, a large light turns on and beams down on them. Without worrying, they both assume that it's an automatic light. Which lucky for them, also means that there is power.
Upon reaching the top of the stairs, they notice that the rest of the way up must be traveled by ladder.
Danielle gasps at the sight of the steel rickety ladder, and gasps even louder when she notices Freddie start to climb it. Unfortunately for Danielle, this means that she would also have to climb up. So, she closes her eyes and prays that the ladder doesn't break.
1:07am
Finally, they reach the top and to Danielle's disappointment, it's even scarier up here than on the ladder. With every gust of wind, they feel the whole tower shake and know that they must be quick.
Freddie notices a radio and tries to contact someone, however fails to do so as the electricity up there is switched off.
"Typical." Says Danielle, rolling her eyes. "What about the light downstairs? That turned on fine!"
"Clearly they're connected to different power lines." Freddie answers. "Come on, let's look for a fuse box."
Opening the door to the balcony, the snow comes flying in and Freddie heads outside, with Danielle following behind him. They both go in different directions and search the balcony.
"Here!" Danielle shouts, calling for Freddie. "Is this it?"
Freddie shakes his head and points at the words on the front of the red box she is looking at. It says 'Flare Gun'. Laughing at Danielle's mistake, Freddie opens the box and puts the gun in his pocket.
"Just incase." He says, closing the box again.
A few meters away sits the actual fuse box, Freddie notices this and switches on the power. The whole tower lights up and a red light on top beams around the whole mountain.
