2:00am

For the past few hours, Dustin has been roaming around the mines trying to find a way out. All of that walking finally paid off as he finds a small passageway leading to the abandoned hotel.

"Anywhere is better than in those mines." Dustin thinks to himself. "Maybe this will lead somewhere."

He exits the passageway and frantically runs around, looking for anyone. Then he hears it, a loud cry coming from a friend not too far from him. Dashing faster than a cheetah hunting its prey, Dustin lunges towards the room that this scream came from. Upon entering the room, his smile drops at the sight of two of his friends bruised and tied to chairs.

"Lewis? What's going on?" Dustin asks, running over to untie him. Before getting an answer from Lewis, the surviving girl speaks up.

"You picked me." Kirby slowly whispers. "I can't believe you saved me."

Lewis looks down at the hole in the floor where Amy use to be sat. He had just killed his best friend.

"Saved you? What do you mean?" Dustin asks, even more confused than before.

Lewis finally speaks, "He said.. I could only s-save one." Lewis breaks down into tears as Dustin unties him.

The small door across the room swings open, the killer enters laughing.

Before anyone can react, the killer walks over to the three of them and removes his mask.

Kirby gasps, Dustin frowns and Lewis cries even louder.

"Max?" Kirby shouts. "Why!?"

2:06am

Deep in the belly of the mountain, Danielle hangs upside down, suspended by a thin wire wrapped around her foot. Her eyes slowly open and she looks down below her at the burning fire tower.

"Freddie!" She screams. "Oh god, Freddie!"

Trying not to make quick movements, in fear the wire might snap, Danielle attempts to pull herself up. She reaches up her arm and grips onto the wire, then tries to bend her body in order to reach her ankle. Although Danielle tries her best, as a result of being tired, she fails to pull herself up and flops back upside down.

For a moment, she gives up and lets her body dangle in the wind. Her eyes slowly close. Suddenly, the wire around her foot begins to break, Danielle quickly opens her eyes and starts freaking out; flapping her arms and kicking her free leg, all this does however, is tires her out even more. She flicks her head back and notices a small ledge not too far from her and as she sees no other way of escape, she begins swinging her body back and forth until she can almost reach the ledge. Suddenly, as her body is directly above the ledge, the wire snaps sending her straight onto it.

Landing on her right knee, Danielle screams in pain and grips her leg with both hands. This pain quickly changes to anger though, when she remembers Freddie letting her die.

"When I get out of here." Danielle thinks. "And I find out that Freddie made it out alive. I'll kill him myself." This thought stays in her head as she picks herself up and begins walking through the cave to find an exit. It is pitch black, so Danielle decides to pull out her phone and use the flashlight on it to guide herself around.
