Carter's POV

I woke up the next morning and I felt absolutely nothing. It was raining which went well with my mood, I didn't feel like doing anything, seeing anybody, nothing. I just wanted to lay there. As I'm thinking this, there's a knock on my door. I get up I heave a big sigh, 'Why can't people leave me alone?' I thought. I walk slowly down the stairs to the front of the house and swing my door open, "What do you want?" I asked Lydia as she stood on the landing thingie. "Well hello to you too." She replied with a sarcastic smile making me roll my eyes, "Aren't you going to invite me in?". I rolled my eyes again and stepped aside as she strutted inside, I then noticed that she was carrying a bag with her. "Hello Lydia, what brings you to my home?" I spoke in a monotone voice topped off with a sarcastic smile, "No need to be rude, I know you're not really feeling, ya know, humans at the moment but thank god for you that I'm not fully human-" she paused and sent me a wink before she continued, "-So today we are having a moping day. I know you must be feeling terrible." She finished, sending me a half smile. I sigh, "Ain't Allison YOUR best friend? Go comfort that.. thing." I said back and she rolled her eyes and let out a loud huff, "Yes she's my bestfriend but I disagree with how she went about the situation and she's not the victim here, you are." She says which makes me scoff. "I'm anything but the victim, those two can screw each other into oblivion for all I care. She's gonna be looking like a victim and I'm gonna be catching an assault case for slashing her face with my claws." I said with a smirk. "Yea ok.. anyways, shut up and lead me towards your living room so we can get this day started and kick this shit off!" She replied enthusiastically.
At this point, only female friend I actually have is Lydia and she's besties with Allison.. I'll hate the world tomorrow, and give Lydia what she wants before she goes all forceful friend on me.

After about an hour of Lydia trying to get me to talk about my feelings and me dodging every question, my door bell rang. I sigh, I've seriously been sighing a lot today, and get up to open it, I could not believe this boy had the audacity to be standing on my porch, looking at me with sad eyes. As soon as I laid eyes on Scott I couldn't control myself, I lunged at him and started clawing away at him. All the hurt and anger I've been harboring just pouring out with every claw mark I leave on his center. I blacked out but could faintly hear Lydia screaming my name and then strong arms pulling me off of Scott before I blacked out.
